Pleasant
Nice rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast
Spa was far too busy, only 6 beds. At breakfast waited over 35 mins before getting served. And over 20 mins to get a tea or coffee, online scan qr code didnt work for room service,
Spend alot off money and no sky tv etc. Stayed lots other hotels in glasgow which are alot cheaper which has it.

The room was INCREDIBLE! The snacks, bed, bathroom, robes - everything was top notch. We used the spa too - just wow. Loved it. We will be back for sure.
Nothing at all!

I booked 2 x King Premium Rooms, for ourselves and our friends who we were treating as a special birthday....Room 23 was so much bigger, and had double sinks and a huge shower compared to Room 106 which was much smaller, with one sink and much smaller shower - not sure how they can be sold for the same price......
The Bar and Breakfast Service was very poor.....We had to ask someone to take our drinks order, which then came wrong, and the young lad assured us they were correct, which was extremely rude to question the guest when we know the difference between Gin & Vodka!!!......We then had friends arriving to have a drink with us before heading out for Dinner, again I had to go and ask someone to take our drink order, and from then we waited a further 40 mins before drinks arrived...needless to say we went elsewhere for another!!!!.....Breakfast was the same, we were kept waiting for so long before being shown to a table, then sometime before our hot drinks order was taken, which again was so slow before arriving....by which time no-one had asked us for our breakfast order, so yet again I shouted someone over to take order....for the prices charged, the service is totally unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I return...

Breakfast was nice good choice. Haven chosen, the breakfast arrived very quickly, staff were attentive
Room was not as expected, very small window and when opened, I had to close again due to the air conditioning unit noise. The dinner menu was underwhelming, so much so that we ate at the Malmaison and had a lovely meal. We chose this hotel, due to the spa only to find that it was only open to residents for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon on a first come first basis due to the restriction of numbers due to health and safety, after inquiring if we could use the spa out with these hours, the answer was yes at a extra fee of £45 pp I am so disappointed in this hotel, granted we did not stay in their top end room we paid £369 for a twin room, however even at that price I expected a much better experience. The hotels saving grace, is their excellent staff, worth of note is Kim who works in the spa, I can highly recommend Kim should you wish a treatment.

Hotel guests get limited time at the spa. Which is fine, but within those time frames the spa is over capacity so you have to wait until someone leaves before you get in (we waited around 30 mins and just got frustrated and gave up!). The breakfast is not what I expected for 5 star, limited choices for a vegetarian! We had a cocktail at the bar and it took 45 mins from us entering the bar to picking up our first drink to taste. No bottles of water in the room either.simple things you expect when paying a high price tag. Overall highly overrated "5 star" and absolutely not worth the price tag.

Great area to stay close to the centre of Glasgow. Hotel was welcoming and warm.
Booked a twin room but was given a double room. As we didn't have time to sort this out we had to just go with it.
Breakfast could have been a lot better for a five star hotel. I ordered Eggs Benedict. It was only luke warm, the eggs were almost boiled and the muffin was hard and overdone. Ordered an other pot of tea and it took so long to come we had to go. Opened used pot of jam amongst the selection offered.

The spa, the bedroom and the staff
It wasn’t as clean as I thought, very expensive for breakfast etc, spa time can be inconvenient but it was still amazing

Wonderful
Amazing place for a relaxing staycation. Beautiful rooms that are comfortable and exceptional spa facilities. All staff are very friendly and helpful especially the gentlemen at the front doors upon arrival.
The snow room was out of order which i wish could have been mentioned prior as was a little disappointed when arrived.
