Amazing staff, especially the concierge and restaurant teams. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the centre of Glasgow for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The room was luxurious and the bathroom was beautiful.

Was disappointed that booked a twin room but booking .com did not forward these details to hotel so they did not have a twin so had to put up a folding bed in room

The building locates in a beautiful square and very easy to go to anywhere in Glasgow. Staff were friendly and shower is very comfortable.
I lived in the left wing of the building and the lift were shared with the Kitchen, which makes it not that clean and smelly all the time, the room is not very well maintained, it shows signs of stains.
