Breakfast was excellent, and I didn’t want to leave my bed it was so comfortable
Probably not a practical ask, but a small cold plunge pool is always an amazing complement to back-to-back sauna sessions.

I could not like anything about the property as I was so upset over standard of my room
The room I was given for 650 euro was deep in the basement. A filthy corridor with food and drinks uncollected since I went to my room in the afternoon Noisey. Plumbing banging. It was all a joke. I have finished with bookings .com as they never even bothered to help by responding ding to my emails.

Very comfortable bed. Amazing bath , amenities, good WiFi, good location. Delicious breakfast. Nice spa facilities although a little tired around the edges.
Terrible massage. No view Didn’t like the fact guests could only use the spa as certain times and then it was v crowded.

Staff in the reception area (incl concierge, door staff etc) were very welcoming and helpful. Our booking got deleted somehow but Emilia was able to sort it out quickly. In general the staff were very attentive and all requests were responded to promptly. The amenities in the room good, room size was huge (we got upgraded). Spa was a bit small but in general the facilities provided were of good quality. Location and gardens were also a plus.
Only exception to the great attention from staff were the staff in the restaurant. Every day at breakfast we were struggling to catch their attention and in general were made to feel unwelcome. Second night the floor was vibrating all night and some of the people in the room were unable to sleep.

Bathroom floor was not heated (marble needs this as was very cold under foot) Steam room inthe spa could do with turning up Guests using mobile phones in the spa area Hotel being at the top of the hill :)
