Overall, the facility was clean and the staff were friendly. We had a good overall experience.
As far as I understand, the restaurant of the hotel on Saturday was open to external guests, but we were not informed that we needed to make a reservation in advance. Therefore, we couldn’t use the restaurant on Saturday night and had to order room service instead. Since there was no other facility available for dining outside the room, this situation caused us some inconvenience. We experienced some problem about room service. Our orders came late and were wrong at first, but they later corrected the mistake and apologized.

Concierge was fabulous and really welcoming, unfortunately thats where it stopped. The rest of the staff were pleasant but not very welcoming.
The room cleanliness. Not great, dirty sideboards and the sofa was dirty/well worn. You were only given one towel and no where to dry it so it was still damp in the morning. Our water had been opened and we had to ask twice for the room to be serviced.
