As the box below is too small I would like to say that all staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food in the restaurant was first class. The gentleman at the front desk was first class.There was a small problem with our room on the first night. As soon as I mentioned it too him he arranged a room change right away. Throughout our stay he was helpful and was always cheery and pleasant. Excellent service

We enjoyed the friendly cosy atmosphere. Very welcoming and helpful.
Our single room was a little further away from the double rooms we booked but that can't be helped.

Wonderful staff, comfortable room and lovely food !
There were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the shower curtain doesn’t extend fully to the wall, leaving a gap that allows water to spray onto the floor.

Disappointing
The bed and the quiet area..
We went for dinner and we had to wait for over half an hour to be served than after that we gave up waiting for dessert as no one came to serve us and the female manager in the dining area was very rude to the younger staff that was very disappointing
