Breakfast and very helpful staff
Our room had a skylight instead of a window, which wasn't great. Also very dark as lots of brown paintwork. However, we didn't stay in our room much, otherwise we would have asked if we could move.

Very good breakfast and dinner options at reasonable prices. The bedroom was comfortable and had most of the requirements needed.

Warm and welcoming feeling soon as you walk in.
Could hear next rooms tv clearly, had to put in ear plugs. Their tv was on the wall behind my headboard.

NIce decor. Good staff. Good location and parking. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
Our first room became very noisy at 0700, enough to waken us. It persisted all morning. On enquiring as to the cause I was told it probably was caused by the fans in the kitchen. Clearly this problem was not solvable and as we were staying for 4 nights we were immediately offered another room which we accepted. Only problem with that room was that the hot water supply was unreliable and we had to go without showers on a couple of occasions.

Table of 10 or more children screaming and shouting in the restaurant. It taken a complaint from another guest before a member of staff told them to shut up.
