This room was booked on behalf of a friend, and a special request was made for a room with a bath. He was given a room with a bath. He made no complaints regarding any part of his stay. He has stayed here a number of times over the years.

The double standard room was pretty cramped and the bed smaller than other hotels I've stayed in that advertise a double. There was a fair bit if dust on things too. Breakfast was very nice and good quality. The first water glass I picked up had lipstick on it which I discovered after I had drink from it. The milk jug had bits stuck to the inside. Seemed like it had been used for something else that the dishwasher hadn't managed to remove. Staff were helpful and service was quick. The reception area and bar are really nice, but the room was cramped and a bit noisy at night. I've stayed in city centre hotels that were less expensive and much better rooms.

It’s a nice location with parking available. Bar and restaurant were great and checking in informative the guy was very friendly. Room clean and adequate.
The distribution box in my room became very noisy after midnight with a loud hum and it woke me. Checking out was a different person and she questioned if I paid for any food etc. I didn’t appreciate the tone.

Staff were friendly, good on site parking, nice location. Our second room was better than the first (see below) We used the restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed the food
Had to get a change of room as the first was small, in a poor condition with damage to a wall and a dusty chair. This was done without any fuss and with apologies.

Great restaurant warm rooms
Nothing, the reception staff however, let the hotel down in my view. I had stayed two night and may have required a third night. The receptionist looked to identify me a price and quoted me £153 I could of booked it online for £110. Effectively it cost your hotel business as checked in elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. I have stayed multiple times at your establishment over the last three years. This has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I will certainly my position on whether to use your establishment in the future.
