Comfortable and very value for money, felt safe and staff were extremely friendly.
We had an issue with one of the doors (though it was quickly fixed) and the lockers for storage are slightly flimsy. Otherwise a great accommodation.

It had what i needed for my stay, booked a female only room and felt safe and secure throughout the stay.
Great location and walking distance from where i needed to be during my time in glasgow. Booked to stay here last year too, staff was so welcoming and friendly, and was able to leave my bags ahead of check in and after check out!

The location was good, about a 15 min walk to central glasgow and a few minutes walk to a train station. The room was clean and tidy and equipped with a kettle and mugs for tea. The room was actually quite quiet, we could not hear any noise from surrounding rooms despite it being fully booked. The private double room came with towels which was good.
The whole building is a little tired. They charge for luggage storage which is pretty harsh. The common area was not very inviting. It definitely feels more like a dated hotel than a hostel.
