Safestay Glasgow is in a great location with nearby amenities and the city centre a short stroll or walk away,
Easy suburban trains run from Charing Cross if your headed for Glasgow Queen Street or further afield.
Nearby handily located bus stops on the Airport Express route (at time of writing).
Good value for money near the centre of Glasgow for the price, with the ability for a late check in in case your flight is late with prior notification to the property.
It is basic dorm bed accommodation suitable for a short stay, but that is to be expected for the price.

I liked the location and the room.
The shower was not easy to use. They toilet seat was very scratched and sticky. I had to clean my locker before using it, and the corners of the room and bathroom were not sufficiently cleaned.

The staff were friendly and welcoming
The dorm I stayed in smelled really bad,the toilet was never cleaned when I stayed there,the breakfast area is very cramped and the layout of the food was not great a resident sneezed into his hand then proceeded to take food of the tray,the staff didn't change the food,a horrible kip

It's perfectly fine for an overnight stop, well positioned with just a short 10 minute walk to the centre but also just a two minute walk from the underground station. I have stayed here many times either in transit to onward destinations or for overnight stays in the city for an event, performance or gig etc.
It's a budget hostel, you get what you pay for, l have no complaints.
