The beds have no headboard so there's nothing to lean on, and pillows fall off top of the bed.

Ліжка двоповерхові і закривається тільки перший поверх шторками, другий поверх - ні. Сніданок починається запізно, коли є потреба в ранішньому check out , сніданок стає недоступним. Шкафчики не закриваються за замок, замок треба докуповувати окремо на рецепції. Як на мене за досить високу вартість хостелу, можливість використовувати замок має бути включена

Only one pillow.. beds quite hard.. being woke up by lasses at 1 - 2 o'clock in the morning. Otherwise.. great

big spacious room, and the bathroom attached to the room was spacious and clean
there are no extra showers outside of the room, only the one attached to the room - one shower for ten people is not enough, there is always someone using it
no kitchen (my fault for not seeing that before booking) and only a small guest lounge with uncomfortable seats
water in the bathrooms isn’t drinkable so had to ask staff to fill up my bottle every time i wanted water
i hung my own personal towel in the bathroom attached to my dorm because i was staying a few nights and housekeeping took it - luckily i asked and got it back but there should be signs saying not to leave personal belongings in the bathroom if that’s going to happen, i would assume since it’s attached to the bedroom my stuff would be fine there

good clean and quite place a expensive area is low price room got as well was clean
i was stay sharing room so they need to mention that what will get in room it was very bad in room doesn’t have towel so when i asked for towel they charg me £5 for that one its very cheap thing you should change the policy charg extra but give towel its important for guest thank you.

No curtains or blinds in the room, so no privacy and light shined in during the morning. Also, staff started hoovering outside the door at 11pm, disturbing us.

We thought the room was perfect for our needs.
What we found disturbing was a bird wing in or trash, the entire wing as if it was pulled from a bird. I did mention it to the two women who were on the desk in the morning of our departure.
