Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff all friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Easy walk to shops and central Glasgow.
Keycard kept losing its ID. Tap water not for drinking (can get drink bottles filled by staff). Continental breakfast buffet excellent but wider choice of fruit would make it even better.

The staff was great and it was very good to have a 24/7 reception.
The bedroom was nice and it is super good to have a bathroom in the room.
I also like that we could watch the world cup games in there.
The bed was not very confortable and the bunks are small, you can't sit in the lower bed. Many people were hitting their heads in the upper bunk.
The lockers are narrow, so it was difficult to remove my backpack, it even damaged it.
The location is not great. The region is dark and looks a little dangerous at night.

The rooms were great with a large tub for a nice soak. Lockers in the room were nice as well. The staff was always very nice and accommodating.
There was no microwave or refrigerator. They say they don’t have a kitchen for guests but these small appliances would be helpful and don’t require a full kitchen. Even just putting a microwave in the front sitting room would be great. Maybe even a couple of mini fridges in the sitting room or one mini fridge per room.

The location is great and the facility is very clean. Comfortable lounge area. The breakfast is great too. I really enjoyed my stay.
The only negative I can think of is people tend to hang out on the front steps (to smoke probably) and one night a guy was out there incessantly yakking on his phone. You could hear everything through the windows.

Staff were pleasant. Room was quiet. Clean.
Very small for a 3 bunk bed room. 1 tiny chair for 6 people. Not kettle access in room, though hot water could be purchased from reception. Thought there would have been a towel.
