... Everything. The worst bed I think we've ever stayed in. We've stayed all over the world, in tents, mud huts you name it. This was the worst bed ever. We also had no hot water... which I'm not sure is legal?

I have stayed a few times so I know what to expect, it’s clean, the room I was in was spacious, it was quiet. Toilet clean and good shower
I get frustrated that I had to pay extra to request a lower bunk which is not advertised, the lounge area also closes in the evening - I haven’t seen this advertised
