The location was very good to access a lot of destinations and nice pubs in the Galway centre. The guy at the front desk provided an amazing pub recomendation and overall the front desk people were very good at responding any questions.
Breakfast had a lot of options from where to choose, so that was nice.
So, I reserved a bunk bed in a 4 bed room, and when I climbed up with my bags, I noticed there were 6 beds, so then I went down and they clarified even though there are 6 beds, the room only accommodates 4 people, so in case you reserve that option, you may be surprised about that.
Besides that, the room has a bit odd smell, but that's all.

Nothing really, it was pretty rubbish
Room looked like a prison cell, pipes on the walls and the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on that reminded me of a school gym mat. The staff didn't inform of construction nearby so I was woken up early by that

The bunks allow you to sit up tight unlike some other hostels which cram in an extra bunk.
If I could wave a magic wand it’d be that the hostel was located a bit closer to the station!

It was passable.
The location was okay.
Had a bit of a miserable stay. Whoever thought 1 bathroom was enough for a 10 bed mixed room needs to go to jail.
The beds were unconfortable, every door slammed, the sound proofing was non existing. Also there was no kitchen (my bad for not checking).
Ah and I received phishing messages from them on the official booking chat. Arrived to find out they already knew but aparently saw no need to warn people.
