Location and the ease of checking in and out. The room heating was just right ands I didn’t not need to wrap myself tight.
The floor was creaky and it was awkward to walk to the toilet when the others were sleeping.

The hostel is a 10 and the value for money is very good. I've stayed there before and really like it.
The thing this time was that the plug was far from the bed and to me that was a problem.

Absolutely nothing
After getting forgetting my ID sorted out as they wouldn't let me in my room without it I finally got checked into my room at early hours in the morning and expected to have a relaxing stay. This place is absolutely horrendous the worst place I have ever stayed. The bed was so uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep on I had a sleepless night because of it and the whole room was just so dirty and not cleaned properly. I paid for a double room and although I didn't expect it to be the best experience I ever had staying somewhere I had at least expected it to be pleasant after paying good money for it. I've never seen a hotel room this dirty or lay on a bed as uncomfortable as this in my life before. Avoid at all costs I would never stay here ever again. It's called Safe Stay but you feel far from safe staying here either

Very good location, close on foot or by public transport to bus and train station.
It’s nice there is socket, light and little shelf at each of the beds.
The beds in the dorms are very shaky if you sleep at the top you feel every movement.
There pressure in the shower in our dorm was very strong and there were no doors on the shower so in the end people were just flodding the bathroom floor.
