Staff were pleasant. Room was quiet. Clean.
Very small for a 3 bunk bed room. 1 tiny chair for 6 people. Not kettle access in room, though hot water could be purchased from reception. Thought there would have been a towel.

The location of the property is so central and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and other central attractions.
The facilities in the hostel are also good. Can buy some alcohol, water and soft drinks from reception. Our private room also had tea/coffee making facilities.
Overall clean and tidy.
The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and our triple room was grand but it was quite compact.

The location. The staff were friendly.
The room was dated and dirty. Room hadn’t been hoovered there was fluff over the carpet, which was threadbare. Bathroom was dirty, esp the toilet which still had faeces in it. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The one pillow provided was also lumpy. There was barely any toilet roll to use, which ran out. The window would not close so the room was cold and beside a building site, without being able to close the window, the noise was terrible. The staff were friendly.

The staff were helpful, and the hostel is conveniently located near Charing Cross station.
I only stayed for two nights and faced a few issues. I requested a bottom bunk a month before my check-in date, but they still didn't assign me one. I also had to keep going back to reception for annoying issues, like my door key card stopping work and being given the wrong Wi-Fi password. My advice is that if you have another hostel option, choose it. But if not, this place is fine for a short stay.

Price was much more reasonable compared to prices in surrounding areas in central Glasgow. Location was also great
No blinds in the room (apparently they were in the wash?) which made it really difficult to sleep early or stay up earlier in the morning during summer. Although beds had individual blinds, they did not cover the side facing the window for the bunk beds next to the window. Lockers were also somewhat narrow.
