Good location . Warm enough as it was winter .
Lockers broken in room, to store personal belongings. I was woken up at 3am to be told that I was sleeping in the wrong bed . I was in room 206 bed 5. The staff on duty told me that there was an admin error from when I checked in and I should have been in room 205 bed 6. Utterly unprofessional. No apology . Really disturbing . I WILL NOT EVER STAY AGAIN! AVOID!!!!

Affordable price, certain offers the privacy is absolutely amazing, bathroom in the room which is convenient although I could bring some noise at one point, no a big deal, that's why I rebooked the room here
A wee bit far away from the transport hub, but it's just 20 mins walk which is fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good luggage storage facility which was perfect as I checked out at 11am and my train wasnt leaving until late that day

The rooms are decent and clear; One of staff members a really nice woman helped me close the window blinds when I was unable to.
some of the staff’s attitude comes across as very colonial. A front desk staff was mocking a woman who was trying to check in but could not speak English well. Also, if you expect basic human decency, I would not recommend staying here. After checkout, I was not allowed to use the toilet by a staff member, even though I had paid to store my luggage. When the reception toilet was out of service, no alternative was offered. Also there is no fridge to store food, or microwave to warm it, or even a water refill option.

A very nice hostel for an overnight stay, especially considering the excellent value for money. Clean environment, good and affordable breakfast. Most of all, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, both at the reception and among the other employees.
