We loved everything about our stay. The room was comfortable and warm. All the facilities were excellent and the staff were polite and friendly. The stained glass windows (see photo) are quite unique. The friendly welcome on the mirror was also a lovely touch. Made us smile. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
Nothing at all to complain about.

Clean, tidy.
My room mates got drunk the second night, came in at 2am, turned the lights on and made noise. One of the males kept walking around naked.

We had an issue with another guest which Adam dealt with very quickly. Room was clean and tidy.
A disabled access would be nice. There was confusion about the beds we booked. We booked 2 lower bunks. This was confirmed a month beforehand. Then the day before I was told 2 lowers weren't available then as we checked out the girl at the counter told us she had reserved us 2 lowers and didn't understand why we were told they weren't available.

The bathroom tap was dripping all night. Tea and coffee was stingey. The people/staff were in and out of the room on the other side of the bedroom wall to me and they were clomping about all night, music playing at 3/4am, no consideration whatsoever. Room way overpriced. Was more like a hostel.

Good location and good price. Not anywhere near as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be.
No shared kitchen facilities.
