Everything. The location is perfect. Staff are super approachable and the lady at reception from the isle's is a superstar. Even all the people who were staying there weren't brilliant.
Check out being so late...it should have been later so I could have spent even more time there!

Had to provide a lot of details before check in which felt unnecessary and was confusing with different questionnaires for big group.

The room we stayed in was filthy. First thing is the floor was disgusting you could tell it had not been hoovered and there was hair all over it, next was the fan that was that thick in dust we couldn’t use, with there being two asthmatics in the room as well that was a health risk, moving on with the topic of a health risk is the black mould that was on the mattresses and the bedsheets you could smell the damp and mould as soon as you walked into the room. The blinds were covered in yellow stains and when we tried to pull them down the cord to pull them down wasn’t even attached to the blind, and the general wear and tear around the room with scratches covering the bed frames.

The bunks have curtains! And easy access to chargers for phone etc at each bed.
Petrol station and laundrette just next door. (Beware the mashing and dryer machines only take cash and don't give change but work well).
Keys often failed to work and were quite frustrating.
No microwave or kettle is a big disappointment!
The water in the rooms bathrooms is not drinkable meaning you have to ask reception to fill bottles, which isn't convenient

Friendly, amazing staff, clean beds and comfortable too
A bit noisy due to other guests, the doors slam and you can hear it from in your room down the hall. But im a heavy sleeper so not too bothered
