The staff are nice no problems.
We have stayed here several times before with bo problems, lovely room and facilities usually but this time was not ideal at all bed was awful minimal comfort one pillow with a bed that was so uncomfortable we've never had problems before but this time was freezing and a double quilt barely in a bigger cover.

Very affordable Breakfast was quite nice Low price to keep your luggage in secure storage right next to the staff desk! Quick check in with friendly staff Right next to Charing Cross station, so easy to find and reach via bus, taxi or train I managed to find a quiet spot too Lots of helpful items to purchase e.g. towels, toothpaste, chargers etc
Get your bed/room quickly, space doesn't hang around for too long!
