The place was nice and clean. Location is ok. Decent breakfast for 8 pounds.
Arrived at 15, check in time according to the booking (which is already quite late). Room was not ready, waited half an hour and had to left my stuff and leave. Can't understand why does it take them so long to clean the rooms... check out is at 11!
They really need to improve this process, you pay for something and then get only a few hours at the premises. Takes a lot of time that you could spend visiting the city.

The staff they are 100per cent brilliant so nice so helpful so friendly and always happy to help. The location is also spot on.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering advice on things to do in the area. The rooms were a decent enough size and each bed had a lamp, plug socket and some privacy. The beds were comfortable enough and overall it was a good place to stay. Other travellers were friendly too.
