I was put on 3rd floor with spiral staircase-as a senior to get to that room was difficult. No Wifi in my room and dinning room closed that night. No warning of any of this.

We received a wonderfully warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable, complete with handy tea and coffee-making facilities. We stayed to attend a wedding at the nearby Coats venue, and the location was ideal. After a fantastic, restful night's sleep, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast the following morning. Check-out was simple and efficient. Highly recommended!

The receptionist was really friendly.
The poor decor in the rooms that made you feel you were staying in a student accommodation - bed pushed up against the wall with no headboard and torn upholstery on chairs. Lack of wifii in rooms. No shower gel or shampoo in dispensers in the bathroom. No bathrobes or slippers available. Generally, this was very basic accommodation for which my family were charged a high tariff.

Loved the place! Loved the location. Can walk to restaurants and shops, the train station, and quick taxi trip to the airport. They even called the taxi for us. The owners are friendly and helpful. Stay there!

Loved the location. Loved the quaintness and old charm. Owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Gave restaurant recommendations, which are within walking distance. Bed was comfortable too!
