The location is perfect. Rooms were nice and clean
The beds were so hard personally we didn’t find it comfortable. Tv didn’t work which wasn’t really an issue as we were out most the time.

Location was good near the Botanical Gardens
Parking was challenging. Meters only take coins and max 3 hours. Nearest free street parking is 10 to 12 minutes away.

Property is well located close to the train lines and on a nice street with plenty of tasty breakfast coffee and lunch options as well as a few lovely bars.
Property is old, musty and decor is extremely dated. We originally checked into the basement rooms which you should avoid if at all possible. There were multiple dehumidifiers in the corridor leading to room and one beside the bed also, don’t think those rooms are fit for purpose. They did move us the following morning to an upstairs room which although smaller was definitely better. It is also very over priced for the standard of the place, we searched other four star options on the weekend including Leonardos and they were cheaper and probably offered better facilities. Staff were also very unwelcoming and tried their best not to interact at all, not what you would expect from an old fashioned property.

The Hotel was nice and well kept. The manager was really helpful and gave me the right information about parking. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Breakfast was good too as you would expect in a hotel. It was good location for different places to eat and the subway. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The location was great and close to great restaurants.
We were placed in a basement room that looked out to a nasty and dirty underground alley type of area. The view was terrible. Made us hesitate keep the windows open because of this.

Excellent location and lovely room
10 minutes after we checked in another couple entered our room. If we'd been out they'd have had access to all our belongings. I went to reception to speak to them about this but they hardly understood what I was saying and just said we'll look into it. Very disappointing as the hotel itself is lovely and in a great location

Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Considering it's on a main road, the room was very quiet.
Excellent shower and loads of room.
Good choice of food, bars and supermarkets in the neighborhood.
A nice location and only 10 minutes walk from the subway.
