The hotel is located in a safe, clean area of Glasgow. There are lots of dining options nearby, & it's a short walk to a beautiful park & the stunning University of Glasgow. The front desk & breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, & I appreciated the family style layout.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included with our room and staff even made sure there were vegetarian options available when I arrived. Room was fantastic and clean!
Only small issue was our shower would not work more than a trickle in the morning

Location and room was lovely and great size
I paid for breakfast but it was not cooked properly and as it was buffet we had a time slot and at our time slot there was a long wait for more food and when it came it was half cooked

Easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and very quiet!
Only thing I can say is very minor about the appliances (kettle and hair dryer) both being a bit old and ‘hot’ but it feels like nit picking

Rooms were clean and plenty of space, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Location was close to bus and train routes into central Glasgow.
There was nothing we did not like.

Toilet paper, they lied about a/c, water temp issues (no cold pressure), not enough light, reception was unprofessional on arrival.
