Staff were very considerate and helpful
Firstly the shower barely had hot water
Main thing which I was almost attacked by a man while just walking out to my car
I informed the staff and they dealt with it well
But it's been traumatic and I'm never returning again
I know it isn't staffs fault but I don't know if ill forget it

The room was tiny
The bathroom was tiny and did not look clean
The carpet looked dirty
The breakfast was terrible ( I asked for a boiled egg was told there were none left, only to see a lady (guest have 2)

Easy to find, close to OVO arena and station. Close to restaurants, bars. Lots of original features, very comfortable, staff were friendly.

Pokey room. Shower was luke warm. Expensive for what it was, seems more of a B and B than a hotel.
Small pokey room.
Shower Luke warm an so small a cubicle you could not bend down to get shampoo with out banging your head on soap dispenser or opening the cubicle door.

Location is amazing. Building is traditional clean and tidy with good facilities.
Rooms are comfortable clean and warm. Food is lovely. We love the wee restaurant and staff are friendly and attentive. Love the 4 poster bed room and the jacuzzi bath is amazing!

A clean and vibrant hotel perfectly situated in the West End of Glasgow. A quick walk away from the University of Glasgow and the Hunterian sector, and about 25 min walk away from Glasgow Central via Sauchiehall Street. The staff were friendly upon arrival and check in was smooth. The breakfast was of high quality, delicious and fresh, with good options. The staff at breakfast were friendly and welcoming, and by the end of the visit remembered my room number and coffee order! The room itself was well furnished and had everything I needed. Love the side of town it was on by the university. Warm, comfortable, and updated bathrooms were nice. Was super convenient to be able to leave our bags before and after checking in/out. Main reason we rebooked this spot for our last day in Glasgow
The twin beds weren’t as comfortable as the full beds but slept fine anyway since it was 1 night
