Perfect location for concert at the Armadillo.
Plentiful breakfast.
Staff at breakfast were excellent and very polite. 10/10 to them
Fire alarm went off at 4 a m. But these things happen and wldnt put me off staying there again.

I.had a crutch on arrival due to damaged knee and reception moved my room to ground floor also very helpful carrying.my luggage to room. Breakfast was good.with plenty of choice. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable and i had a great sleep. I lost my glasses and reception contacted me after finding my glasses. A great time at hotel and very good value

The breakfast was decent , staff at breakfast where very nice especially Hamish made me feel very welcome and chatted away very nice guy and will definitely stay again in the near future nice comfortable room that’s affordable for everyone got a decent nights sleep cant ask for more

Location was excellent for us, close to Kelvingrove Museum. Ground floor room also suited us. Breakfast was the usual buffet style and staff were very friendly
Noise from adjoining room was a bit off putting but can't be helped really

The location was perfect so near to the centre and the river with a lovely park opposite
The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic choice and you could have as much of everything as you wanted.
All the staff were lovely.
We liked the tartan curtains and cushions in our bedroom
Value for money was excellent.
We will certainly go back there. This was our first visit
It only had five parking spaces on a first come first served basis for which there was no charge. We were fortunate to get a space. Street parking was free from 6 pm to 8 am but expensive when you had to pay £4.80 and hour and there was a three hour limit. I think there were car parks nearby which would be cheaper for longer stays but we didn't check those out.
