Lovely staff, affordable price and good location. Had a really smooth experience staying here.

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast choice was very good and Linda baxter was very attentive to everyone.
The male on reception when we checked in was very impolite and uninterested, more interested on his phone than interacting with guests checking in. Found him very rude

Clean comfortable and cosy room. I had a great night's sleep and the bed was really comfortable. Easily accessible and within walking distance from both bus and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was buffet style and items were hot and tasty. Lots of local amenities

The room was very spacious with ample beds for my sister, daughter and Mum - we didn't have to share double beds! Very clean and beautifully decorated with all the usual refreshments in plentiful amounts.
No problems that I could see. Everything was really good. If I had to pick straws I would say that the lamp on on side of the room didn't work but we didn't mind and it's our fault we didn't bring it to anyone's attention.
