Location was good, close to a lot of restaurants and public transport
The room I was put in was below ground floor. It was the only room down there and it was next to the kitchens and the elevator, so it was very loud all night and I didn't feel completely safe. People were constantly walking by and talking right outside the door and you could hear water running in the walls all day and night. It was very disrupting

The outside of the hotel with its shrubs in pots is very attractive.A very friendly hotel, nothing too much trouble
Although the room wasn't large it was beautifully warm
There is parking outside for unloading luggage and a carpark a little distance away.

Good location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Competitive price.
Noise from the kitchen fan outside our room starts at 6am. Very small bed even for two slim persons.

The breakfast was sumptuous and the breakfast staff were brilliant. Friendly staff throughout the hotel, definitely a strong point!
Two very minor faults were the size of the TV in my room, such a small screen and the WiFi, although acceptable was not the quickest. These two minor points did not distract from an enjoyable two night stopover.

Love staying here, rooms are clean, compact but have plenty storage. Staff are helpful and friendly. Decent location plenty of places to eat. Has local bus service to bring you to and from town centre. First time having breakfast here and we were not disappointed. Food was fresh and plenty to choose from.

Reasonable location - there was a bus stop outside the hotel into central Glasgow and about10 minute walk from the nearest underground station. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent.
I felt the bedroom and bathroom were just too small and the double bed took up most of the room - I booked a single room and would have been better if it had a single bed rather than a double bed.

Bathroom very clean.
The only weakness, albeit a significant one, was the attic room: small, claustrophobic, dated, cramped, ceiling window only. Perhaps Booking.com clients get the worst rooms? Conversely, staff very helpful.
