Wonderful
The location is just great - very close to Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery and University of Glasgow. The room was cozy and quiet.
I wish the bed was a bit wider.

Breakfast is fantastic! Room was large despite me being a solo traveller I had a room that slept three! Previously I have had a single room there.
Room was above the kitchen so at 6am there was a bit of noise from below. Not huge amount but more just door opening and closing.

The room was comfortable, clean, warm, and lots of tea and coffee.
The remote for TV didn't work well. I reported the issue next morning to reception.
Also, I was on the 4th floor and the water was warm at best, maybe as a result of been on a higher floor. Again, I mentioned this to reception next morning.

The room was very cute, bathroom and room spotless. Temperature in the room was perfect all night long and the bed was really comfortable. The kettle and coffee in the room were super useful to my early morning check out.
I didn't like to pay double the price of the room , an extra 50 pounds as a deposit for any damage to the room? I m now short of 50 pounds for I don't know how long. Never happened to me to pay a deposit in 30 years of travelling. There must be some very disrespectful people out there to arrive to this.

The staff were very friendly.
The location was excellent and I felt safe. The room was clean and they checked every day to make sure I had everything I needed.
