easy to get a bus from Queen St Station. Welcoming frontage with lots of plants. Easy to book in. Near museum. Room clean and a great sized bathroom for a single room. Lovely light and bright dining area, great selection for breakfast with excelent coffee and friendly staff.
My single room was clean and fresh but with some dark dated furniture. No space for a bedside table so I used the chair. Bed lights are above the headboard and you have to kneel on the bed to turn them off. TV rather small. On a main road so use ear plugs.

Comfy bed and good shower. Nice and clean. Good location with free parking outside on weekends.
Breakfast wasnt great. Had to wait a while for them to refill the hot food buffet and when they did some things did not look nice at all. Lorne and black pud looked mushy. I guess it might have been better earlier. I went for last half hour of service and it was busy.

Fantastic breakfast, staff member Hamish was exceptional. Everything was fresh and hot.
Breakfast hours were a little shorter than some places, i definitely felt rushed.
