Clean, comfortable room and good breakfast. Excellent value. Close to Kelvingrove Museum.

Brilliant establishment this: the staff warm, friendly and efficient, the facilities top class, and the food excellent. Always stay here when I come to Glasgow, and would recommend it to anybody

The hotel is located centrally and there are 2 bus stations in close proximity.
The personal is very kind and the location is very clean and tidier.
If you want you can take the breakfast in the morning (I didn't)
Overall the experience of housing in the hotel it's great and I truly recommend this place.
The specific problem to my room was that the window was old and hardly to be opened or closed , as well the shower head was not functioning properly. Overall the rooms are well maintained but there could be improvements.

Good value for money, excellent breakfast, clean and very warm room on a winters night.
Only negative was that the fitted sheet didn’t fit the deep mattress and so kept moving as we were sleeping.

The breakfast was really great.Room was clean and fit for purpose.
The room was next to the lift and the noise was quite bad.It was a windy night and we were on the top floor and the noise was horrendous.
