Staff lovely, it was nice and clean and although I didn’t fit in the single bed I am 6ft and my feet hung out the bed I did get a good nights sleep.
I didn’t book breakfast. So went down early to have some food told staff I would pay for this in check out. I didn’t ask what the cost was as assumed it would be like most hotels. I was shocked when I was charged £50 I only had some toast and a coffee and my daughter had some cereal. This was daylight robbery in my opinion!!

Room was simple, bed comfortable and nice amount of light into the room.
The shower alternate from scalding to freezing every 5 seconds, I was allowed into another room to shower but had the exact same issue so simply settled for a cold shower

Amazing location and great value for money. The room was basic but had everything you needed and everything was clean. Private bathroom with a bath was a nice addition.
Only 2 things I would add would be a plug socket by the bed (only plugs were on the other side of the room) and bath products would have been appreciated

In a very good location and the staff was very polite. The bedsheets were clean.
It is a very old building and the rooms aren t in a very good condition. The hotel needs to be renovated. The bathroom wasn t very clean, but considering the overall condition of the room, I honestly don t know if the cleaning staff could have done a better job. The towels were yellow and had dirt that wasn t washed out with the many years of use.
