Very Good
It was lovely and warm in the room and very cosy. The location was very close to the university, which was ideal as we were visiting our daughter.
The room ran out of shower gel in the bathroom

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms, although a little small, have everything you could need. Facilities were great, and the room was very clean.
TV a little outdated. Oftentimes didn't respond when I pressed the remote.

Pleasant
Breakfast was great, and the concierge in the restart was very attentive. The hotel was reasonably priced for the location, with great restaurants, entertainment, the park, and transport links nearby. I also liked the aesthetic.
I injured my shoulder on the towel rack when entering the ensuite. Unfortunately, you can't see that it is right infront of you at shoulder/head height before opening the door and stepping in. I appreciate that they have to be creative with the amount of space, but a better location for the shelf would have been above the toilet. Also, the shower didn't work in my room. This was OK, as I had a bath, but it was somewhat disruptive to my plans as I had to take more time getting ready. I would have mentioned these issues at the desk, but nobody was there when I went down.

Very warm, cosy, beautifully decorated with love to Scotland . The best breakfast and happy friendly helpful people at reception and restaurant . Convenient location for me to visit SEC exhibition, walking distance to Kings Theatre I visited too. I got the best affordable price in Glasgow for my short break. Well done!!

Wonderful
Nice hospitality breakfast and easy to access to neighbor restaurant. Clearly roooms and cosy stay!
It is a litle difficult to access to the city centre for first time visitor, but line 2 or 3 are easy to get into. And bus line 77 is direct transport to the airport.

Disappointing
The location is great. Breakfast is great. Staff are friendly.
I have stayed in the Hotel several times now, and roughly half the time I have ended up in conditions that were disappointing, including leaks in the bathroom and towed that smell of e-cigarette waste. The communal areas are also quite smelly though it does not extend to the rooms per se. The windows do not block noise well, so if you’re facing the street, you may get a poor night’s sleep. In general, I’d recommend the associated Guest House across the road - I have stayed there several times as well and the experience has always been good.
