Room had no water glasses. There was no toilet brush or box of tissues. No phone in bedroom.
The sausages were tasteless & the bacon too hard.

From the moment I arrived the reception staff made me feel welcome in a professional and courteous manner. My room was small, as I expected, and found it cosy and included all the facilities I would expect. If anything the room was too warm and I opened the window to circulate some fresh air. Breakfast was more than ample and I felt that overall I had received excellent value for money for my overnight stay and the included, full breakfast.
Obviously, the room could have been bigger but that would have meant a higher cost. I was delighted with the fair price for the accommodation I received. However, I would not pay any more than I did.

Very handy location for The Hydro and the Kelvingrove Museum and Park.
Nothing to dislike, although decor is looking tired and the single room was small.

The honeymoon suite was a good size with a comfortable bed. It was clean and tidy, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom and shower where modern and very good.. I would stay here again..
Breakfast wasn't just as good as the last time we stayed. Providing fresh fried eggs would be a big improvement.. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful.
