Wonderful
The location was good. Walking distance to Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Park, and many restaurants and pubs. Room was comfortable and affordable. Checking in was easy with the polite and helpful young woman.
I checked out early in the morning. The gentleman working the desk was not friendly.

My room was on the lower ground floor in the guest house side of the hotel - no lift and I had a very heavy suitcase. Really thought I was in danger of hurting myself getting my suitcase to room. Should have been told no lift when I booked and would have considered more expensive room in hotel which had lift.
