Breakfast was really good. Fresh made porridge
Did not like I had to go down stairs to go back up different stairs to my room. I am 75 with walking difficulties. However staff member brought my bag down for me when I was leaving

We loved the Soul Food restaurant. Being along the bus line helped as we had trouble getting a cab to the city centre when we left.

Very pleasant staff, especially the wonderful woman on breakfast duty.
Handy free parking at weekend outside hotel.
Location great for an event at the hydro.
Very basic and weird shape of room for family of 4.

That it was affordable..That it was close to a bus route. That it was on same road as my venue I was going too, that night.
That due to luggage the stairs amount without a lift for older or elderly people that may be potential guests is awkward. As they so often struggle with their knees as well when folk are older. And hoisting about with luggage and their knees is pretty awkward..
