The breakfast was great but the staff at breakfast were the best. The room was small but adequate. It was expensive because of lots going on in Glasgow that weekend.

Pleasant
Ideal location for shops, pubs, restaurants and museums, all within easy walking distance
Room was too warm (even with mild outside temperatues), and with windows open traffic and pedestrian noise intefered with our stay

Everything was perfect. It was our second visit this year and when we go back to Glasgow we will return there. You couldn't fault it. We even had a bath in our ensuite which was a lovely surprise.
On street parking was expensive at £1.20 for 15 minutes but only have to pay between 8 am and 6 pm and free on Saturdays and Sundays and that is out of their control. There are nearby car parks which would be cheaper for a longer stay but bearing in mind the central location we were happy to pay for the parking.

Great location, great breakfast and friendly staff; the guy in the breakfast room was especially welcoming.
We parked at the weekend, so street parking was free. But to park on the street during the week is expensive and you are limited to a few hours; you would need to find a car park, so it may mean parking quite a walk away. Not sure, would advise guests to look into this before arriving.

Well located place. It was also quite comfortable for 1 night.
Not that much light in this semi basement room but it was not bad.

Breakfast was provided at the ArgyllHotel across the road. IT was an excellent breakfast with very friendly hard working staff.
Room was a little small, but adequate for our needs.

The breakfast was good and the room was furnished nicely. There are several bus routes that pass by so easy to go to both the centre or University area.
The steep stairs to get to the room. Wasn't a problem for us but some guests were having trouble lifting their cases.

Nice room in a residential setting that looked out onto a park. Breakfast had several options.
All was well and argyle plaid was a great decor
