Staff at breakfast was excellent got me fried eggs was very helpful mum didn't make breakfast let me take some toast and jam and cup off milk. Couldn't fault reception either stayed here a few times got a upgrade to bigger room was lovely very handy for ovo will definitely stay again.
Can't fault anything room spotless.

Nice clean room and very handy for the hydro. Staff very frendly
Would have liked a room with not as many stairs as i have mobilty issues. Breakfast was not great. Cold coffee and brick hard food.

Basement room at the guest house was very tired and small, carpets are in need of replacing, room furniture out dated. Not value for money having paid £118.50 for one night. Breakfast in the hotel across the road was very good.

Lovely clean and spacious room. The shower was a great size. The beds were comfortable, and the room was the perfect size for the 3 of us
The door to the room was quite stiff and took a bit of time to get out!

Location and breakfast were excellent. It was clean and ok! Some of the staff were absolutley fabulous, smiling and doing everything they could to help. It was surprisingly quiet.
Some staff were not so amenable. Our room was small and a little like Harry Potters room under the stairs. Totally understand it was an ok room and I should have checked the room specifications but when travelling from the other side of the world (usually have a large suitcase) and staying for 4 nights it was a little cramp. Suggestions to help - some hooks to hang jackets. Again happy to help by reusing towels but.....there has to be a facility to hang the towels to dry in the bathroom or the bedroom

Very Good
The receptionist was very polite, cheerful and helpful when I checked in. Arranged an early breakfast for me. (5.20 am. ) In the morning the night staff showed me to my table and informed me what was available then made me tea. This was very much appreciated.
