The staff were excellent. The check in process was seamless and the room was lovely
Our room was a ‘basement’ room and the stairs were a wee bit steep however it didn’t detract from the guest house

Location is great for Hydro etc. Staff at breakfast were very good. Breakfast was good too.

Wonderful
This was a very comfortable, clean single room. The breakfast was good, and the staff that served there were excellent, friendly and very efficient. The location was good and was near to Kelvingrove museum and stops on the red route for the sightseeing bus, in a nice area. I enjoyed my stay here.
I stayed in the Guest house in the basement level, and the only complaint is that the walls let all the noise from next door in. There were people on long phone conversations and I could hear a lot of what they said. It didn’t t bother me too much, and as it’s an old building, there is no real solution, but just FYI.

The hotel was beautiful, it was absolutely spotless. Staff were amazing and so accommodating. Breakfast was self service so suited my needs perfectly. The food was fresh and lovely, so many choices that would suit everyone. Great value for money. I would certainly recommend it.
