My room was on the lower ground floor in the guest house side of the hotel - no lift and I had a very heavy suitcase. Really thought I was in danger of hurting myself getting my suitcase to room. Should have been told no lift when I booked and would have considered more expensive room in hotel which had lift.

Great location, parking not too hard to find near by, room was comfy and cosy, breakfast across the road at the main hotel - good range of options, friendly staff.

The staff at breakfast were lovely and the food was nice.
The beds were uncomfortable and too much noise from the street.

Friendly staff and a good location on the main bus route into the city.
The room was down some steep stairs which is not ideal if you are of a certain age. The bathroom sink was blocked and would not drain properly. The bath towel smelled quite badly as if it had been used before and just tumble dried, I would suggest changing your laundry firm. No toilet brush available.
