Where to begin, the location was great as it’s close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and our room was very nice.

The two staff members at breakfast were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right on a bus route, and close to pubs/restaurants/museums, etc.
Small things - such as the juice at breakfast was watered down and unpleasant. The room could have an actual toilet roll rather than sheets.

The guest house was very clean, staff were very helpful and location was close to venue where I was going for a gig. Area was quiet, with a shop very close by and only a 15 minute walk into the city centre.
There was nothing I didn't like about it.
