The guest house was very clean, staff were very helpful and location was close to venue where I was going for a gig. Area was quiet, with a shop very close by and only a 15 minute walk into the city centre.
There was nothing I didn't like about it.

The weather ☔️. Seriously there is not a single thing not to like about the Argyll. Warm, clean and comfortable accommodation, welcoming staff and a short bus ride to the city centre. Perfect for a city break

Great room, nice and cosy, breakfast excellent, staff very helpful, location excellent, bus stop just a short distance from the hotel/guest house, plenty of places to eat nearby, local bars, sainsburys, fantastic park (Kelvinhall Park) just around the corner, Armadillo Centre just 15 mins walk. Would book again

breakfast was good, nice location close to the ovo hydro , room was ok for the night, nice large bathroom.
The bed could be more comfortable ,the reception staff could be more welcoming on arrival

We were apprehensive after reading previous reviews . However we were surprised it was very positive. Our room was clean, spacious with a very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with an equally fantastic dinning room staff.
It was too hot on the first night as we didn't think to turn down the radiator. After doing so the following day we slept a lot better.

There was no toilet roll, it was a tissue dispenser, doesn't suit the room and should deffo be upgraded.

Nice clean, warm room. Suited us all and very clean also wee sitting area with table in room. Nice and cozy when we arrived as it was so cold outside. 8 minute walk from train station and ideal for us going to the ovo for a concert . Booked and Indian along the road, tesco and shops near by . Breakfast was lovely and plenty choice, staff at breakfast very nice and helpful.

The breakfast lady is a delight, and all the staff in general. Breakfast is good, the mattress is comfortable, the bathroom is super clean, and nice decoration. It all feels very new.
That you have to go downstairs and then upstairs again to get to the room, and the staircase is quite narrow.
