Great location, only a short Uber ride to the arena.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The views are fabulous!
It was quite noisy in the room, we could hear other people in the surrounding rooms but overall that didn't affect our stay!

Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom beyond a single hook on the door. No towel rails so if wanting to reuse towels, not easy to hang them to dry.

Lovely room and shower room. Comfy bed. Good big cot for our baby.

Great location for centre. Lovely staff and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. Good bathroom with good shower. Fabulous wardrobe space and great fridge.
Rooms looked a wee bit dated but nothing that can’t be fixed.

Very modern ,clean , practical.
The mattress was very bad .
A hard slab of some disgusting carcinogenic material. Most probably the Accountants for the Hotel Group saving money on mattresss that never need replacing. I was out of bed at 4am. Trying to sleep on top of 4 pillows.

The Hotel was very central to everything. The staff on reception day/night were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and beds made up each day and fresh towels. Tea/coffee available all day at no cost. Breakfast was lovely. Very professional front of house staff. We have to mention Elvis Aaron Presley lookalike, sorry I didn’t get his proper name which is bad but very charming young man. Thank you Apex. We will be back.

Perfect for city centre. Q Park Parking next door & the hotel has a deal with them so you get a good rate..
Room was spacious & clean.
Nice spacious shower & great pressure.
Sadly let down by a floor to ceiling window that looked out to another wall so room was fairly dark!
