Wonderful
A great value for money hotel, located in the heart of Glasgow's city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is friendly, professional and helpful.
There's a scary fire alarm drill daily (I think, though I stayed one night so maybe it's weekly) that can get pretty tense for a brief moment if you are not expecting it.

I liked that this hotel had friendly, approachable staff. There were amenities close by, the facilities in the hotel were next to none including complimentary tea and speciality coffee throughout the day and night.
Our shower broke by way of a bursting pipe/hose and my daughter is now scared to go in even our home shower.
The breakfast selection wasn't the greatest, for the cost it could have been much better.

The location was great.
No tea bags in the room. Fire alarm went off at 7am and no staff made sure any of the guests were out safely. Great wake up call also.

Comfortable stay. Walkable to many restaurants. Parking garage in next block so convenient but not part of the hotel.
Carpet was wet next to bed in our room but we were too tired to move rooms.

The staff was very friendly.
The lack of breakfast was disappointing. We are accustomed to getting a free hot breakfast buffet with a hotel stay. When vacationing we are on the go and don't have time for breakfast in a restaurant. Your cold breakfast was expensive and not worth the money.

Discount code for parking doesn't work. Get a better solution with your parking partner, as 27.20£ is ridiculous...

We stayed in 4 different hotels. Apex was our 3rd. Somewhere along the way we encountered bed bugs, after arriving home our first night the bites showed as red raised bumps. Aside from this, everything was great.
