The hotel is wonderful and has everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend if you are in Glasgow for a short time and need a centrally located hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful too
Parking can get expensive. Hotel offers a discount code but still too expensive for a day’s parking

We came here for our wedding night. We were nicely surprised that our room had been scattered with rose petals.
Our door had been left open after a staff member had delivered coffee, we came back to our room and our door was open.
The fact that hotel bar was a faff.
Draught beer pump not working, I asked for gin and barman said there was none after rummaging through miniatures. After speaking to another member of staff, we finally got a gin.
Felt very cold and clinical in the restaurant/bar
We were highly disappointed.
I stay at the Apex in Edinburgh every year and thought it would be the same but not on the same par whatsoever.

Some of the furniture inside our room was very old/damaged (desk chair) other than that, all was great.

Very nice inside, wanted a decent size room as was for my friends hen night and the room was a perfect size for us both, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the provided us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco to help celebrate my friends hen which was a lovely surprise to walk into the room.
There was a slight smell in our bathroom, this could have been drains but we didn’t complain as just used perfume to mask it!
