Very nice inside, wanted a decent size room as was for my friends hen night and the room was a perfect size for us both, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the provided us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco to help celebrate my friends hen which was a lovely surprise to walk into the room.
There was a slight smell in our bathroom, this could have been drains but we didn’t complain as just used perfume to mask it!

Location is very good, few minutes walk into Buchanan Galleries / Buchanan Street with ally he shops and bars etc. I booked this hotel for it's location very close to the King's Theatre, right on the same street just 8 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and very accommodating and kept my luggage for me when I arrived earlier than check in. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the seating area in the room was nice. Shower was amazing and nice toiletries for use in the bathroom although I rarely use these as I always bring everything I normally use from home but they looked lovely.
Could have done with slightly better lighting in the bathroom perhaps as it was quite dark although this would be a bonus I imagine if you have to go to the toilet in the middle of the night and don't have to be blinded by brighter lights.

The price isn't great value, the facilities are basic, the hotel is poorly designed, the view is horrific, the place isn't very clean.

Like the building and the location. On the local bus route and walkable from Glasgow Central Station. Warm welcome from staff who were personable and interested in our reason for the overnight stay. Close to Theatre Royal where we were attending a new contemporary opera.
Lovely spacious room and comfortable bed. It was quiet for a restful night.
Breakfast room was open and airy, buffet and main menu was extensive and waiting staff were attentive, helpful and very pleasant.
Same staff on checking were interested to find out about our theatre event on the previous night.
Would recommend the hotel.
There is nothing I can note that would go under that heading.
