The kid really liked the room. The food was good. Bed was big and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly
The cot was rough as a board, they did not want to bring any cushioning due to safety reasons. Also the booking said they have refrigerators but it couldn't hold any food because it was not cold. They said it was only a cooler but that's not what is written online.

My standard double room was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, so close to Sauchiehall street. The staff were very friendly and got me a cab so I could quickly drop my stuff and make an appointment.

Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Breakfast was adequate. Great location with lots of restaurant and pub choices...
Discount code for parking doesn't work. Get a better solution with your parking partner, as 27.20£ is ridiculous...

We stayed in 4 different hotels. Apex was our 3rd. Somewhere along the way we encountered bed bugs, after arriving home our first night the bites showed as red raised bumps. Aside from this, everything was great.

Good location close to the bus station. Clean and helpful staff. Room was comfortable. Free coffee/tea throughout the day.
