Staff were amazing throughout our entire stay! Would definitely come back here and stay again. Got a lovely joke coming in after being out from the staff that were on, made us feel apart of the hotel and safe. The hotel room was fantastic, was very spacious. Loved our wee duck that we got to take home as well. Was an overall just a brilliant stay here!

Location, staff and facilities were great.
The window openers looked damaged and non-functional. Also the desk chair was very shabby indeed. Not great.

The green light in the bed area of the duplex room i had was too bright for me and my wife to get a consistent sleep.. I usually only sleep well when the room is completely dark...
I assume the light is there for safety as its above the stairs...

Gorgeous room. Excellent bed linen, quality furnishings, immaculately clean right down to the polished plug sockets.
Complementary warm drink on arrival. Front desk staff brilliant. Everyone very welcoming and professional.
Very smart and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for some time.
Be prepared for city noise especially on busy evenings. I brought earplugs which worked a treat.

Good location, easy check-in process. Comfortable bed.
The shower pressure would fluctuate as well as the temperature. This happened no matter the time, including at 4AM when we got up for an early flight. The room also only had one full-size towel provided for a 2 person stay.

Excellent location, hotel backs onto Sauchiehall St and is very close to the Glasgow shopping centres with many restaurants and bars close by. Convenient parking next door at Q-Park with welcome 40% discount. Great choice of breakfast & good quality. Bed was very comfortable
Shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper in a 4-star hotel after room is refreshed. Unusual that bar is not open every day

I've stayed here before several times but not for some time. I knew how good the Hotel would be but this time it blew me away. Everything was great but especially the amazing staff who could not do enough for us (was with a friend). The Hotel was spotless and comfortable and we were even offered free coffee in the lounge on arrival and departure (a lovely touch). The Hotel is close to the Bus Station and Queen Street Station and in a good reasonably central position. Very much looking forward to staying again.
There is absolutely nothing that I could have found fault with. The whole experience was just perfect.
