The location is good, the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot
The price isn't great value, the facilities are basic, the hotel is poorly designed, the view is horrific, the place isn't very clean.

Like the building and the location. On the local bus route and walkable from Glasgow Central Station. Warm welcome from staff who were personable and interested in our reason for the overnight stay. Close to Theatre Royal where we were attending a new contemporary opera.
Lovely spacious room and comfortable bed. It was quiet for a restful night.
Breakfast room was open and airy, buffet and main menu was extensive and waiting staff were attentive, helpful and very pleasant.
Same staff on checking were interested to find out about our theatre event on the previous night.
Would recommend the hotel.
There is nothing I can note that would go under that heading.

I liked how friendly the staff were. The room as a good size. Bed was nice and big. Bathroom was modern and clean. Housekeeping were lovely also.
The shower door did not close properly. The bed was slightly too hard for me. The room was a little Cold and I took a while to sort the heating out. The inside of the fridge was a little dirty a the biscuits you left us weren’t in date.

I like the familiarity as frequent flyer. The comfort the friendliness of staff and the fact it is very quiet. Love the fact you can top up with fresh drinking water at any time
