Excellent location and excellent staff. Our room was very noisy until about 2 a.m. every morning. Our room was 202. Perhaps a higher floor would have been quieter. Would also like a few more hooks to hang wet towels on.

The location was wonderful, close to all sorts of shopping and food and beverage options galore. It is not far from either train station or the main bus station (all less than 10 minute walk). The hotel and the room were clean and very comfortable. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful, so they added to the positive experience. A very positive stay all around.

The staff are what makes this hotel - they are so welcoming and friendly. From the people on the reception desk to those serving at breakfast I was always met with authentic smiles and a feeling that they really wanted to help and give me the best experience.
The rooms are what I would describe as standard hotel rooms (I travel a lot with work so it takes a lot to get me excited by the room itself.
Breakfast (cooked to order) was excellent - delivered fast, not too big or too small, and tasty.
It was warm and my room was at the front with big glass windows - the air conditioning took a long time to deal with that (and I don't like to be too warm).

As always staff on reception are excellent nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and they always give you a warm welcome breakfast is very good with a lot of choice and the staff at breakfast are very good

Our room was comfortable with all we needed along with a great city view (room #708). We opted for the continental breakfast which provided many tasty options. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a small problem with running toilet which got fixed very quickly without any inconvenience to us. The location was good and within walking distance of many restaurants etc.

I was moved to a duplex room on the top floor, it has a comfy bed and a good shower
The room shows its age and needs some TLC in several places
The room is on two floors and a green light over the stairs illuminates it at night. However I prefer a dark bedroom and this light is quite intrusive.
The view from the window across the Glasgow skyline is lovely but the sofa faces the TV instead. The wardrobes are also small; the downstairs wardrobe is recessed under the stairs and gave me a few head bumps!

Nice enough property but the room was not properly cleaned and there was a green light on all night that completely ruined our sleep, will definitely not stay in that room again.
The green light on the bedroom and the fact it was poorly cleaned.
