Good location for theatre. Room nicely decorated. Welcoming staff, nice touch to have fresh water facility on each floor. Parking nearby at decent discounted rate.
Poor view - brick wall backing onto an alleyway that was very noisy.
Chair in the room was comfy but very worn.

Location as it was not far from the city centre and you could just walk to it. The free coffee downstairs was also a nice gesture. The twin room was nice for just the two of us. It was a short stay but a good stay; staff was very friendly when you needed something. I'd stay there again.
I don't have much to say. It's more the weather but nothing we can do about it :-) Luckily a lot was closeby. Maybe a tiny suggestion though: look at the fridge and make sure it's cleaned :-)

The duplex penthouse had a great view of the city, free minibar, robes and slippers, huge bed, and we had a reduction on breakfast which was superb. The bathroom was excellent, great shower and products, well laid out. We didn't use either of the 2 tv's. We were within easy walking distance of Central Station, the Royal Concert Hall, and a lovely restaurant, Laz. Staff were friendly and most professional, and everywhere was spotless.
The huge window was draughty so sitting near it was chilly. The settee is placed to face the tv, so with your back to the wonderful view. We would have appreciated a guide to what we were seeing, with copper domes, clock towers, and a different view than from ground level. We both found the mattress too firm but the receptionist suggested asking for an extra topper another time, which we will certainly do.

Great location, very welcoming. Great sized suite with amazing views over the city. Mini bar was well stocked and complimentary.
Couch was very old and worn. Toilet pan continually ran water.
