Excellent central location, clean comfortable room, very friendly helpful staff.
Room could have had 2 comfi chairs and a small table - there was plenty of space for this - not an essential but would have been more convenient

Location was excellent as I was at the hospital next door, but still very central for the city. The rooms was spacious and comfortable.

Great location, staff were lovely and helpful. Loved that there was a fridge in the room and free tea/coffee in the lounge. Also received free robes and slippers due to it being our anniversary which was a nice touch.
Bed was uncomfortable for me but I'm fussy, my husband had a great sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and requested the room be freshened up on our 3rd night, the bed was made but bedding not changed and there was sometimes an odd smell from the bathroom kind of like sewage but wasn't enough to ruin our stay.
