Friendly welcome and advice on restaurants near hotel. Located right next to car park which we used. Handy for Royal Concert Hall. Free tea and coffee in a comfortable lounge. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

The staff went over and above. I am a wheelchair user the restaurant in the hotel was not serving evening meals but they emailed me a list of restaurants close by that I could use. The reception staff were all very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable.

The bed was so comfortable the best night sleep I've ever had.
It's a very minor point but the chair in front of the desk was a bit tatty.
