This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Totally went beyond my expectations, the room was totally perfect, lovely living room area with a very comfy couch, the bathroom was stunning with a fabulous shower which was perfect in the morning, the staff were so attentive and very friendly!

Check in was hassle free, online or in person. I chose in person because I had not stayed at the hotel before. Staff were professional and friendly. Room was spacious, well equipped ( fridge) and bright overlooking city street. Water stations on every floor free of charge. Coffee and tea in lounge 24/7 freeI. Didn’t choose to book breakfast after late arrival at night but decided to have it in the morning. They had a special deal of continental £11. Excellent. The dining room was lovely.
Just the walk up the hill to the hotel. Glasgow city recovering from large fire and many roads closed and services rerouted, so difficult to know where public transport and taxis operating from. Hike was worth it!

Great hotel in the middle of Glasgow, clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. I liked the little rubber duck they left in the room for us. There was tea and coffee in the lobby downstairs
