The hotel is an excellent location to the north of city centre and close to so many great bars and restaurants.
The room was large, clean and really comfortable, with spacious bathroom.
Drinking still and mineral water available on floors.
The staff have been very helpful and I would recommend it without reservation.

The room was great and the view was great. Good size bed, nice deco.
no water in the room, no water fountain in my floor. Didnt want to go down a floor in my pyjamas :-)
The bathroom light was not powerful enough. I could hardly see when shaving. So a light on the mirror might help
Not having a place to have dinner in the hotel.
A small gym would have been a bonus

As a very frequent visitor to Glasgow I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
The staff have been very helpful on both of our visits and I would recommend it without reservation.

Everything no room make up unless you stay 3 days no fresh towels and don’t touch your room to me that is sh•t not good enough for what we pay in Australia would not recommend this accommodation to anyone in Australia
