Spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable and room great size. Had everything we needed
It’s unavoidable but when opening window it is noisy with extractor ?? fans outside but this can’t be helped

The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious (we had an accessibility room). Even had a rubber ducky!! Would definitely stay here again.

View from room was a alleyway and all we could hear was glass getting poured into the bins all night so couldn't keep window open

The staff was/is brilliant! Everyone - the reception staff as well as management - were kind, attentive, super helpful, in one word: exceptional!
The room size (standard double) is a bit on a smaller side; bathroom fan not very efficient.

Central location, close to car park. Very comfortable beds. Was worried it may be noisy as central location but very quiet in room.

Rooms were very tired with broken light fittings, air con and sofas and chairs were an absolute state. The carpets were disgusting. The whole room needed ripping out and refurbished.

This is one of the best hotels in scotland that I have stayed in. All staff were exceptional. My wife ha mobility probs....the receptionists went way beyond what would I would think was good. They were brilliant .genuine. informative. And interested

Excellent central location, clean comfortable room, very friendly helpful staff.
Room could have had 2 comfi chairs and a small table - there was plenty of space for this - not an essential but would have been more convenient
