Great location and close to the subway. The hotel’s close to most of the touristic places so you can walk around and manage to see most of the museums and cathedrals. The room was cosy and comfortable and although we didn’t use it, we appreciated the complimentary hot drinks for visitors. Pleasant and friendly staff.
Our side of the room was close to the pub nearby and the windows were not sound proof enough. It disturbed our sleep on a Friday night.

Friendly staff and clean rooms
The door going in to the kitchen banged really loudly when we were at breakfast which was very off putting when eating

Extremely clean, very friendly staff, decently sized rooms, location is spot on. As a bonus, they have the best coffee machine!
Can’t think of anything at the moment.

Very Good
The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose not to have breakfast so I can't evaluate that- but I appreciated the offer of fresh milk for our fridge.
It was nice to be close to the pedestrian street - Sauchiehall- for shopping, the train and bus station within a few blocks, and Buchanan St.
The Howling Wolf pub next door! Loud music and banging doors woke us at 3am on a Wednesday night, just below our window. We complained to the hotel staff and were told the pub was supposed to be quieter at 10pm. I presume the staff called the pub because the next night was fine.
Ask for a room on the Bath Street side rather than over the pub back door.

Excellent location and excellent staff. Our room was very noisy until about 2 a.m. every morning. Our room was 202. Perhaps a higher floor would have been quieter. Would also like a few more hooks to hang wet towels on.

We would have liked the option of an in house bar or even a mini bar in the room.

The location was wonderful, close to all sorts of shopping and food and beverage options galore. It is not far from either train station or the main bus station (all less than 10 minute walk). The hotel and the room were clean and very comfortable. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful, so they added to the positive experience. A very positive stay all around.

The staff are what makes this hotel - they are so welcoming and friendly. From the people on the reception desk to those serving at breakfast I was always met with authentic smiles and a feeling that they really wanted to help and give me the best experience.
The rooms are what I would describe as standard hotel rooms (I travel a lot with work so it takes a lot to get me excited by the room itself.
Breakfast (cooked to order) was excellent - delivered fast, not too big or too small, and tasty.
It was warm and my room was at the front with big glass windows - the air conditioning took a long time to deal with that (and I don't like to be too warm).
