Breakfast was great - a good range of things to eat. Location great for going out in Central Glasgow in the evening. All staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, nice and quiet and dark at night.
I would have preferred a double bed. My room had twin beds so I was sleeping in a single. Single beds in Britain are generally too narrow, especially if you are tall with long legs and want to curl up.

The location was great.
No tea bags in the room. Fire alarm went off at 7am and no staff made sure any of the guests were out safely. Great wake up call also.

We originally booked a deluxe double, just for a night away in Glasgow for the first time and for our anniversary.. When we booked in at reception we was told they had upgraded our room to an apartment (The room was lovely) we was welcomed with a note welcoming us and congratulating us on our anniversary and was given some chocolates which was a good touch as Well as a mini bar in our room. (We wasn't expecting any of this). It took a while for us to try work out the heating, rang down to reception and a male colleague came up in a matter of minutes to assist us. There is someone on the desk 24/7, to always assist with anything you need and they are very polite. We absolutely LOVED our stay and we WILL be coming again on 23Rd december!! My brother/sister in law was recommend by us and they stayed 2 days later.. (Again no complaints from them either) . I'm a social media infuencer and the only downfall we had was when we noticed there was an empty bag with bits of white powder stashed in the smoke alarm, again this was only noticed when we was reviewing the hotel for cleanliness. (Easily removed with hands washed) no big problem. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.
