Nice enough property but the room was not properly cleaned and there was a green light on all night that completely ruined our sleep, will definitely not stay in that room again.
The green light on the bedroom and the fact it was poorly cleaned.

Windows did a great job of keeping the outside noise outside. Walkable to shopping, bars & restaurants. Not too far, but far enough from Queen Street Station. IYKYK!
AC was kind of noisy, but we just turned it off. It was cool outside during our trip.

Second time in hotel, staff very friendly always have a smile, breakfast is delicious. Hotel very clean great sleep in a comfy bed, central within walking distances to shops, taxi ride to Hydro

Rooms were very well appointed. Toiletries were lovely and the room was well-supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits. The location was good too. A short walk from Central station, shops and restaurants.
Our only complaint is that the towels were changed every day when one set would have sufficed for a three night stay.

Great location, only a short Uber ride to the arena.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The views are fabulous!
It was quite noisy in the room, we could hear other people in the surrounding rooms but overall that didn't affect our stay!

Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom beyond a single hook on the door. No towel rails so if wanting to reuse towels, not easy to hang them to dry.
