The hotel is in a good location for botanics and the west end of Glasgow
Rooms could have been comfier. The pillows were very lumpy. The building is old so the floorboards creaked loudly at night when people were walking around. I could also hear the person in the room next to me snoring for hours on end. No noise beyond that.

The room was beautiful, very large and a door to the patio area outside. Shower was absolutely brilliant. Best hotel shower ive ever experienced.
When I first drove up, I didn't quite know what to expect but once inside the room I was amazed at the size, the original features were lovely.

The property was in an excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, pubs and the subway.
A nice quiet area, room was comfortable and staff were friendly .

Limited parking spaces. Once parking is full there is no easy parking solution nearby

the location is good, easy to get around. good thing we were the lucky ones to have the parking (private message from the hotel says it's not guaranteed) otherwise it would be a lottery to find a place.
we were placed at the next door apartment building, in a studio apartment and we do not fancy sleeping in the kitchen. i specifically booked a hotel room so this was a disappointment. also, we were placed on the ground floor, next to front door, and since the building in quite old and squeaky, we could hear everyone coming in/out.

The family room was very spacious my daughter and partner and their grandson were very comfortable.
I had a single room with a comfy bed, perfect for my needs.
A special thank you to Marlene who checked us in and made sure we were looked after. She went the extra mile.
The hotel is perfectly located right next to the botanic gardens which we were visiting.
There was nothing to dislike.
