The location was perfect. Only a short walk to Kelvingrove Subway and Great Western Road, but it was quiet.
The staff were really helpful - especially Diane on Reception.
Check in from 1pm was very handy.
The room had everything I needed.

Great location. Quiet yet close to many wonderful restaurants (Bay Tree, The Landsdowne), bakeries, and the University. Very comfortable beds. Slept well. Would stay here again.
Bathroom sink is very small. Hard to use without getting water all over. Needed a bit more attention to dusting.

Really nice hotel. Excellent location, close to the underground, so a great base for exploring Glasgow. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, our room was a good size and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty and reasonably priced. Plenty to choose from.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the size of the cups and tumblers in the bedrooms which were on the small side.

Staff were friendly and it was a great location - right next to the subway station and good food and drink establishments.
The hotel states there is parking... that is not the case. Do NOT drive your car to this hotel as parking overnight in near impossible (Unless you stay Friday night until Monday morning as street parking is free and unlimited). There is one small car park nearby that allows you to park overnight, however it fills up and has very poor reviews. Street parking is limited to 3 hours week days and the Kelvinbridge car park does not allow overnight stay. I had to drive out past Maryhill Road (beyond the parking regulation zone) to street park for free and then walk just under half an hour back to the hotel.
As for the hotel, the decor, fittings and beds are clean but dated. The bed wasn't very supportive. Doors were very thin and could hear reception and others talking from across the corridor from our room.
