Standard small and basic room, but it felt comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee, so I felt very welcomed. Staff were friendly.
Top floor and no elevator from what I could gather. Was ok with me, but nice to know. Matrass needs to be changed! Veeery well used, but comfortable if you place your head where your feet should be :).

Central to most places. Friendly staff. Alan (single L!) was friendly and chatty, gave good advice on where to visit. Great guy. Option to book breakfast.

Breakfast options were great, staff were very friendly and approachable. Walking distance to the Kelvingrove Museum and Botanical Gardens. Great location for the West End of Glasgow. I hope to be back one day!

Manager was helpful and friendly. Hot breakfasts prepared to order and the poached egg was excellent. Good location for walking to West end and Scottish exhibition centre

The staff was very friendly. My room was confortable and clean. Location was great with restaurants and cafes nearby.
My room was facing the street so it was a bit noisy. However, its was pretty manageable.
