A small, typical hotel in Glasgow. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The single room has everything you need for a medium-length stay. Although close to the streets, it is quiet. It is located near the university (10 minutes) and the city centre (10-15 minutes).
The decor is a bit dated but clean, and the bathroom has been renovated.

Rooms were a good size, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the checking in was super easy. There was free on street parking at weekends so parking was easy.
Had a few problems opening the room door. Although there's a small arrow on the entry cards it could have been a bit more obvious and we had to try different ways.

Location is great u have small park next door where u can go for a walk. Great small cafes shop inside.

Delightful hotel experience! The comfortable accommodation truly allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. Furthermore, the room was well-appointed, providing a sense of luxury and serenity throughout my stay. I must commend the hotel on its amazing breakfast. Overall, it was a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.

The location was great; close to Kelvingrove Park, cafes and restaurants, transport. And the breakfast options were great, it made it easier to start each day with a coffee and something to eat; there were a lot of great food options and the turnaround if ordering a hot breakfast was quick.
The staff were also pleasant, helpful and responsive, and I loved the fact that I could get fresh air in the room, as I could open the window.
The single room I booked had everything I needed and was very clean, but a little bit tight on space. There was a dip in the floor under the rug near the bathroom and a restaurant/bar in the basement that I didn’t realise was there when I booked. However, I got used to the dip, could use my earplugs and close the window if the noise got distracting.

Breakfast was very good. Good continental selection and options for cooked food.
The staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful.
Bed was very comfortable. Slept well.
Location excellent. Very close to local amenities, and an easy walk to the city centre.

Perfect location close to park, university, museums and pubs/restaurants . Free street parking on weekends. Friendly and helpful staff. Made for a perfect Glasgow stop on way south. Highly recommend. Modern bathrooms. A real gem.
