Great location
Room was very tired for a luxury refurbished hotel. Tiles cracked, poor paintwork, grouting and boxing in poor in bathroom along with fittings not being great. Felt like it was a room that had not been upgraded.

The room, bed and breakfast were very good. We were happy that compensation for not having 2 rooms together was given by a room upgrade for two people.
We could not get the television to work which was frustrating. The literature stated that bathrobes are provided and complimentary vermouth but they were not. However, when I enquired about the vermouth we were given complimentary bottles and it tastes wonderful.

Wonderful building, kept features of the past of the Arthouse
Couldn't turn on the TV, the QR code wouldn't work. But the night staff was extremely helpful.
The water in the bath, shower and sink were only trickling in the evening and the morning until it suddenly gushed out. It must have been an airlock!

Ideal location near Queens Street Station. Really friendly, helpful staff. Loved the decor and the original lift. Comfortable beds with Verden toiletries in the bathroom. We had an issue with the hot water in the bathroom and whilst it couldn't be sorted the member of staff was very helpful and sorted a discount to reflect the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again.
The room was a bit small but this wasn't a huge issue as we were only staying one night.

We stayed at Arthouse Hotel for our anniversary, and the team at the hotel made it feel very special, all members of staff were very friendly and available to help us settle in. The room and building in general were both beautiful, clean and well designed for comfort. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Glasgow as the location is also perfectly located for getting around the city on foot and seeing all the sites.

Location and done f the original festures in the building
Hot water issues ie we didnt have any on 2nd nght. Lift broke down. No basic terrestrial TV - only app based channels available. And when we had issues with no hot water, we had to use WhatsApp!
