facilities. bed , pillows and duvet super comfy. A shame fire alarm woke us up at 6.30am!
difficult to get a taxi had to walk into the station to get a taxi to a venue due to how busy Glasgow was on a Saturday night!

We were awoken by a loud alarm at 6:30am which was alarming (no pun intended) all jokes aside this was not good. Also we had to ask for toilet roll as none was provided

The bed is comfy with nice sheets. Location is great. I liked the look of the lift. I liked the quirky room layout, high ceilings and big huge windows.
The lift is quaint. But I couldn't use it most of the time because people don't close the gate properly so it gets stuck on any floor. The staff don't explain this. They should. Always. No matter how bored they get. The light switches were weird. In my room the bathroom light could only be operated from just inside the room door at the top of a few steps or by the bedside light. Not the actual bathroom. Having the minibar/snacks in a tray in the desk blocking the surface for a laptop is annoying and potentially misleading, implying they are complimentary rather than paid for. Don't do that. Plenty of hotels Do have generous complimentaries.

I didn’t like anything, especially when you see how bad and filthy is the hotel.
To be fair the reception staff tried to help me solving the issue I encountered.
I entered the room and the bathroom was in a filthy condition, the toilet bowl full of shit dots on every direction and the shower full of hair. This will give you a clear idea on how the hygiene and house keeping service in this hotel.
The dust smell will block your nose, the air seems polluted and the air conditioner was pushing dust only and you can see grey stuff hanging from the A/C and heaters.
Also I have to mention that the sewage odor is filling the room and it is coming from the bathroom.
I informed the reception staff and they moved me to another room and the only difference is cleaner toilet bowl.
Booking.com must take this feedback seriously.
