Lovely room and staff friendly and helpful
Probably time for the bathroom to be upgraded and size of bathroom small in comparison to the bedroom space. This did not present any problems really as the shower was good and bathroom was clean.

Our room was beutifully decorated. The breakfast was exceptionally good because it offered some different, unusual options. Staff were very helpful. We were given a complimentary coffee on our return from dinner out which we appreciated. The hotel is very close to the main street, A Gideons bible in the bedside drawer,
Our room was looking out onto the central well where the ducting system was located This was a bit noisy and if you wanted fresh air it made it even louder. We did manage to sleep though.

The location and an impressive building with a great lift inside
The room was shabby, the toilet could hardly flush, the smell . I read the reviews from other people saying the same but I thought they were just being dramatic .

The staff were so so so lovely, made me feel welcome. Comfy room that was excellent value for money especially in a prime location

Staff were all lovely and the breakfast was incredible. Beautifully presented with great coffee. Made to order. Again lovely service from the waitress serving breakfast, patient and kind. Very central location. Room was really huge! Love it and will def be back!
