A bit far from the old town. However, there's a stop right next to the hotel and it takes around 20min to get to the city centre.

Great location with easy bus access to the city. Convenient parking. Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly staff and convenient Starbucks on the ground level.
Room was not cleaned despite the “freshen up” tag being left out the whole day. Not many dining options near by.

Very easy to get into city centre,very happy & friendly staff,great food,very helpful staff as well had a problem with a noisy fan coming from a room next door,we asked the staff about it and we were moved to another room of which we were very grateful .
The noisy fan coming from the next room, we stayed on Rm 420 which should be mentioned to other customers that get this room as it’s so loud you can’t sleep.

Bed was very comfortable
We specifically booked a more expensive hotel as it had a swimming pool. When we arrived we were told that it was out of action for the weekend.
The room rate was high and there was no offer of any compensation or reduced rate. I contacted booking.com and am still waiting for a reply

Starbucks in the hotel. Sports bar area was good.
We purely booked this hotel out of a few others based on the fact that it had a swimming pool for our children but when we arrived, we were told that the pool was out of order. There was no compensation for this (food vouchers or discounted rate) and it was too late to change hotel. If we had had prior notice then we would have changed our choice of hotel for my family night away.

Booked this hotel for my dad and his friend when they went to AC/DC. He could not fault the hotel or staff in any way bar one small complaint included in the part of dislikes about the properly.

I was shown a very warm welcome when I arrived to check in. The room was a good size and being nearest to the lift, I was worried that I would hear the lift but I was not disturbed at all. Comfy bed.
Breakfast was disappointing with limited choice. However the breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful.
