One of the worst properties and staff … there was no housekeeping provided during our stay so rooms were not cleaned, breakfast tasted horrible, rate per night was very high and even after paying so much we requested 20 mins extra time to leave the room and the receptionist asked for 50 pounds even for such a small request… the staff were also rude … location was far and bus stops were confusing … overall one of the worst stays we have had in our 20 years of traveling !

The lady at reception was wonderful. We were staying at the because we had tickets to oasis and she was so helpful with transport to Murrayfield. She honestly seemed just as excited as me.

Staff was not friendly at all. Policies are not customer friendly. They didn’t even allow 10 mins late check out. Also, they didn’t clean the room despite of tagging make up my room. Breakfast was pathetic and they didn’t serve basic omelette as well

Hiked prices as Oasis were playing in the city, cost more than double the usual rate.
Paid for the late check out but the key card stopped working at 1145am not 1300pm.

The pool was great. The connection to the old town and main attractions are good. The hotel is quiet overall, makes it a good option if you're traveling with kids.
Would have liked the pool to be available to kids for longer so we can take advantage at night for example.
There is carpet in the room, we stayed for 11 nights, during that time it was never vacuumed. It got really dirty towards the end.
The restaurant downstairs doesn't have a good menu for kids and the breakfast options could be more diverse as well.

The vibes at the lobby so enjoying, starbucks and a grill restaurant in the lobby, very easy reach to the city centre, good AC
In the room, although all was good, but it gives a sense of a budget hotel. Not much in the bathroom and there was no tissues but I don’t know if I asked
