Lovely modern rooms. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Fabulous food in restaurant both evening meal and breakfast.

Great location 2min walk to bus stop and 10-15 mins bus ride into city centre

Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and hot tub great. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom.
The room was cold and couldn’t work out how the get the heating to turn up even after trying a few different things with the control panel. Couldn’t see any instructions for it: didn’t have a spare cover or quilt so couldn’t put extra covers on the bed.

I've stayed here several times now and it is always excellent. Lovely friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfy beds, everything spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking and always very quiet, I always sleep well. Can't fault it.

Family room is precious and comfortable. The hotel is 20 mins to the center and only 2 minutes from bus station, Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. There is a big supermarket in 5 mins walk.
The price we got from reception for the extending our stay was disappointedly high comparing to booking.
They refused to provide us even with a similar price ! Although we stayed 14 nights in the hotel.

Our whole stay was spot on. This was our second visit, we were again really happy with our experience and I suspect we will return at some future time. The breakfast on the whole is pretty good, we like either poached or fried eggs and the staff are very helpful in sorting these out. However we only knew they are available due to our previous visit and for 1st timers it would be helpful if it was clearer that these options were available.
The toilet was a bit tricky to get it to flush and at times it did take a while to completely refill.

Easy access to town centre, lots of facilities, free car park, friendly staff, nice Christmas decoration , comfy beds
Rooms are very basic compared to the prices, definitely not 4 * cleaning needs to be improved, shower screen was dirty and black mould. Breakfast is very average, with a white scrambled egg, dry mushrooms, dry stone croissants , and dirty mugs. There is a Starbucks inside, but coffee is very watery.

Disappointing
I stayed here for two nights primarily because of the gym access - which is excellent. There’s a Starbucks inside, which is good for a morning coffee.
A few things were disappointing:
- I stayed on the 2nd floor and I think there was an outdoor fan outside my window, so there was a constant hum all night for both nights of my stay.
- the bed had a mattress topper that kept slipping
- the room wasn’t made up after the first night
- the food that was delivered to my room was average but quick to come up
- the coffee out of the machine at breakfast wasn’t good quality
