Reception lady was amazing, wish I got her name, she was so helpful put me and my partner on a quiet floor because I was in for surgery at the hospital next to it, definitely be back here again

I liked how there was a gym and how easy it was to find our room. I also liked the chillness and peacefulness of the hotel. It was great how close to everything it was too!

Bed was very comfy. Hotel had many facilities available. The restaurant served Halal options which was great for us. The bus stations are right in front of the hotel.
Room went a bit too cold at times even when we set the heat but it wasn't working. We ran out of body shower and soap and it was a struggle to get them replaced.

Coffee pods for the club room coffee machine! Can you please change to something else as even instant coffee tastes better :))

Good, clean room.
Lovely restaurant with good food.
Reception staff (who checked us in) very rude. We tried to check in at 2 (club room) to be told it wasn’t ready. That was fine, we waited 10 mins, tried to check in again to the receptionist being extremely rude.

We’ve paid luxury prices for a room with:
A poor view
No access to Netflix or streaming services
A bath/shower with limited space to stand or fit under the shower head
An extremely expensive bar downstairs
