The bus stop was a bonus, parking £10 a day which wasn’t cheap but at least it was at the hotel. Staff really good and hotel clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Sausages were quite anaemic both mornings. Black pudding in morning one but not two and not a hash brown in sight either morning but the person next to us had them on his plate! Yoghurt was also a bit the same.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The shower was amazing.
Buses to the city passed frequently and only took about 20 minutes.
There is a 24hr garage across the road.
The bed was very high and not that comfortable.
There was a Starbucks in the lobby.

Very modern, great location for Edinburgh city centre! Great for families with young kids. Restaurant has plenty of screens if you want to watch sport! Plenty of leisure facilities and an onsite Starbucks too!

Air ventilation horribly noicy on 4th floor, needed to ask for a room change. After change nearly and nearly acceptable. Bad engineering.
Prior wishes totally ignored (neighbouring rooms with friends)
Room change caused a chaos when coming to breakfast.
Breakfast, once prebooked, is not noted at wait to be seated stage

Good location, not far from the city centre, close to bus station, well commute.
Nice staff, comfortable beds, cheap parking.
We booked out but there was no problem to leave our car on parking till we back from centre .
Starbucks in hall way - good idea.

Badly overpriced. Breakfast pitiful and very basic. Not an £18 breakfast. Charges extra for everything such as gym, parking.

Good rooms. Location is good as it is a bit far from the city and a quite place.
Well connected via public transport.
Nothing to dislike.
The bar ran out of vegan options by dinner time.

Réception Staff very friendly and efficient. Beds are very comfortables
