Family room is specious and nice comparing to the standard room. Location of hotel is excellent just 2 mins to the bus station and 15 mins to city center by bus. Starbucks inside the hotel is an added value , we enjoyed early coffee morning every day.
The rate is considered a bit expensive, we requested to extend our stay and the receptionist offered us a higher rate than booking!

Lobby men’s bathroom floors were very sticky and not in good repair.
The room we booked for 4, only had two of everything like towels, cups etc.
there was any enough tea/coffee supplies for 4 drinks, let alone 2 each.

One of the worst properties and staff … there was no housekeeping provided during our stay so rooms were not cleaned, breakfast tasted horrible, rate per night was very high and even after paying so much we requested 20 mins extra time to leave the room and the receptionist asked for 50 pounds even for such a small request… the staff were also rude … location was far and bus stops were confusing … overall one of the worst stays we have had in our 20 years of traveling !

Staff was not friendly at all. Policies are not customer friendly. They didn’t even allow 10 mins late check out. Also, they didn’t clean the room despite of tagging make up my room. Breakfast was pathetic and they didn’t serve basic omelette as well

I enjoyed the bed and the staff was friendly. The process to check in was quick and simple.
The location was a bit far from the city centre which required a bit more time to get too and from. The room we got had the street lamp shine directly into my eye unless I close the blind completely. The sink would not clear up quickly, it seemed like it was either clogged so it was a slow drain, the shower was fine but the room service required me to manually add the pass to clean it which our room wasn't cleaned instead of the regular standard of cleaning the room is the standard and you put a door card indicating to not clean the room. The Price for the room and location is way too expensive for what it's worth. The TV kept turning off on it's own and the plugs were all on one side of the bed.
