Wonderful
Bed was very comfy. Hotel had many facilities available. The restaurant served Halal options which was great for us. The bus stations are right in front of the hotel.
Room went a bit too cold at times even when we set the heat but it wasn't working. We ran out of body shower and soap and it was a struggle to get them replaced.

Good, clean room. Lovely restaurant with good food.
Reception staff (who checked us in) very rude. We tried to check in at 2 (club room) to be told it wasn’t ready. That was fine, we waited 10 mins, tried to check in again to the receptionist being extremely rude.

Window was whistling as wind was blowing in, heating not enough, was charged for using the facilities even though they don’t mention it. Jacuzzi was on “cleaning cycle “ but it looked like staff were not bothered to make us feel welcomed

There was a bus directly outside the hotel to the city centre which was very handy. The room was very basic, nothing special but the bed was very comfortable.
