Restaurant had a couple of healthy/ vegetarian options on the menu which had run out. Need more range. Even the salmon had run out.

Good location, the bus stops are close.
Nice and comfortable rooms with a good coffee machine .
The pub didn’t have gluten free options and it’s overpriced. Also to much hassle to order a gluten free meal.

Large rooms and on suit. The best breakfast and quiet location. The bed was very comfortable so important. Could not fault anything.
Slightly out of town to walk too. The benefits were it is in a good location and quiet.

Family room is specious and nice comparing to the standard room. Location of hotel is excellent just 2 mins to the bus station and 15 mins to city center by bus. Starbucks inside the hotel is an added value , we enjoyed early coffee morning every day.
The rate is considered a bit expensive, we requested to extend our stay and the receptionist offered us a higher rate than booking!

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
We booked a standard room but got a disabled room with a very uncomfortable bathroom. The location was far from the city center. The breakfast selection was rather small. The room could have been a little cleaner.

I liked the room in general and the food in the evening was good. Breakfast was also very good
I didn't like the price. I think it is overpriced for what it offers. There is nothing special about it. Also, it is advertised as card only, which I believe is illegal. Notes and coins are legal tender, and the choice should be given

Everything was easy to find, the property was clean and the staff was incredible. I would say that the staff deserves the recognition, everyone was lovely and took care of us.
There’s not a lot to what I disliked about the property. The only minute detail was probably that we ordered a Sunday roast at 3pm and they ran out of beef. It was a shame but they still managed to replace our food and the staff was fully supportive and gave us options as alternatives.
