Comfortable beds. Nice shower etc. Food was good in the bar area, if a little expensive.
Paying extra to swim, and to park. The pool (or at least the changing areas) have seen better days

However it was the staff who made this hotel so great, reception staff particularly Jack, and breakfast staff were all brilliant!

Leaking toilet on arrival. It was dealt with but rooms and bathrooms are getting a bit tired.

Over run with teenagers loud noise bed uncomfortable breakfast was shocking for price

I liked facilities, pool and jacuzzi. Bedrooms were comfortable and staff were helpful.
I was with my 8 year old daughter and I had to ask 4 times for her ice cream to be brought over after our dinner. I waited 40 minutes and had to eventually go and find the manager. The staff seemed nice and the girl kept speaking to me, said she asked the kitchen staff several times. Manager was able to get it straight away.

Great location, well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Our bathroom door was broken so had to push the lock in every time you wanted to close the door.
