Location was great, Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating, Breakfast was fab, would definitely recommend
Our 1st room was near enough next to the elevator, which was very noisy and could feel the vibration, so asked to move rooms, and we were moved

Loud, dirty, poor and stinky. The swimming pool is overcrowded; everything is destroyed or old.

Super quiet comfortable rooms. We were greeted by the nicest young lady yet on our journey through Scotland, who made sure we were comfortable.

The check in staff were really friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a club room which was really spacious and included some extra benefits, earlier check in and parking
The menu was a little limited and a number of items were only available at certain times however the food was enjoyable and again the staff were very friendly

The gym was amazing!!!
It’s not a hotel gym, it’s actually a big gym where people have memberships and it includes a big heated swimming pool and a hot spa.
Rooms were very comfortable and so was the bathroom.
Breakfast with a lot of great options.
It’s a bit far, about 15 min by taxi to the center of the city where all attractions are located.

Main point was we could park our car and then use public transport in and out of the city centre. Staff were excellent and we found our room clean and extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and return.
