Our room was noisy despite being in quiet zone & they couldn’t find out where the noise was coming from.
Pool crazy busy on Sat morning.
Restaurant ran out of steak on both nights we ate there.

Check in very easy, staff very pleasant. Room spotlessly clean and quiet despite being surrounded by busy roads. We chose the hotel as my husband was to attend the nearby hospital early next morning, being rather unwell it was very good having two beds in the room. I liked having the option to pay for breakfast if you wanted it.
Due to the reason we were staying we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or leasure facilities

Room was lovely, good choice of TV chanels
Breakfast was terrible, we stated we had a guest who was gluten free, the options for breakfast were extremely poor, and for the guest with Jo allergies to quality of the food was extremely poor, overcooked and stale

Hotel room had extreme noise and the room was shaking ! We were told from one member of staff work was being done and another said it was something to do with machines being turned on - had to move room s at 3an and were given a twin room

The reception staff were very friendly, and the check-in was quick and smooth.
The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided.
Right after check-in, we went to the pool. There were no fresh towels available, so we had to go back to our room to get some.
It slightly spoiled the mood.
