One of the receptionist was very polite and professional.
The size of the room was good.
Parking was easy.
Pool closed at 4.30pm
Manager of pool lacked common sense and parity.
Changing rooms at pool smelled or urine.
Having to pay extra for pool use.
No slippers, dressing gown, conditioner, lack of hot drinks choice, lack of mugs/cups, toothpaste in room. Lack of storage space in room, ironing bored left out scruffy as no storage area for it. Air conditioning didn't work so had to open window which was very noisy road outside.

Great hotel, everything is very tidy. Nice service. The children enjoyed the pool. Good location, a minute to the nearest bus stop. We really enjoyed it and recommend it.

I loved the location. Very close to public transportation. Ample parking. Starbucks in the hotel lobby,
We stayed for Christmas. During Christmas day we tried to book Christmas lunch but were kept waiting by the event co-ordinator. Had to cancel and book alternative as the bookings closed. Room service was not available on the day.
