The location was excellent along with the free parking the staff were very friendly and I think trying to do the best job that they could. The breakfast was good and basic.
The room was very cold upon arrival and I think that when the heating came on it was for a very limited period of time in the evening and in the morning I’m so grateful that we packed our hot water bottles because it really was quite cold. The water system didn’t seem to work very well and once the toilet had emptied or you had the tap on then the water supply seemed to stop. We use the shower and again the water was very cold. when packing our bags to leave and searching the room for anything that we left behind we came across a half opened box of Pringles under the sofa bed I would say that the cleaning on first sight was okay but again I think the hotel is trying to do the best it can with very little resources. would we stay here again? The answer is no.

Not much, appreciate this was low cost but difficult to acknowledge this as a hotel - more a guest house.

Excellent communications with staff throughout, who were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm, with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Breakfast was well presented and it was nice to be given choices.
