Pleasant
The location of the hotel was outside of Edinburgh however, with transport at the door it was easy to travel into the city.
There was a great walk suggested by one of the staff members up Corstorphine Hill which provided some amazing views over the city.
The single room was small for the price (7m2) and only shared bathrooms were available.

It’s on the Airlink 100 route from the Airport.
Bed was very comfortable.
There is plenty of space in front of the hotel. It would be nice to put a couple of tables for guests to enjoy a drink.

It had parking, and it had good access to busses into town.
Beds not comfortable, shower power negligible. Sellotape on the back of the toilet seat. Also packing tape covering something on the bath in the shared bathroom. The whole place is in serious need of an upgrade.

I just needed somewhere to stay overnight to catch my flight out of Edinburgh. The property is right on the bus line and easy to get to the airport. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
It’s very basic. A little rundown, and a little noisy. If I had wanted more, I would have stayed somewhere else and paid more. So I really don’t have any complaints.

It was cosy, seemed like a family business, staff was very nice and the beds were comfy.
The room was overall clean, but due to havinga carpet. The floor could have been more clean as I found a pair of dried contact lenses on the floor. The shower door didn't close when having a shower,and as it was a bit small, it reduced the space of the shower.
The check out time at 10 it was a bit early for us, we arrived at 19 pm so we expected this to be a bit later. However, we didnt ask for any other time to check out.

Prior to arrival communications were good. Pleasant greeting. Bedding okay. Price was right. Location next to bus stop with direct run into city centre and train stations (Haymarket and Waverly). Breakfast okay.
Adjoining shared bathroom was noisy.
