Situated a little outside the Edinburgh center, perfect reachable and with a bus stop just outside easy to go into town. Helpful staff, gave save parking for the motorcycle. Good breakfast and we hade a quit room.

Parking on site ,quite central for city .Easy to find .
The place was old and in need modifications .Door to room was unable to be opened with one hand as Yale lock is damaged .Electrics shocking with use of extension leads everywhere .

Good quality breakfast. Great location for Murray field and city centre easily accessable as bus stop right at hotel.
The water pressure in the shower was poor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room.
Breakfast was very average, with no non-sugary cereals available and with budget pastries that were more like stale bread. WiFi didn't work in the bedrooms. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door and dried toilet paper on the toilet brush.

Location is very good - walking distance to tram station and stadium. Very welcoming host, friendly and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning - he packed us breakfast, was very kind of him.
Tea, coffee in the room.
it's slightly old, the floor not very clean - had trash under our beds. A bit too expensive for such place, but maybe it was a high season... idk

Decor was dated, bedding was stained, lamp shade all crumpled, £130 for a room that wasn't worth £50
