Great location and offers great food and has a wonderful vibe! Food and drinks amazing and freshly cooked to order breakfast would be hard to match anyway.
It doesn’t offer the facilities of bigger traditional hotels like a gym but for a tourist stay is such a good location.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Although there is a lot of activity on the first floor with restaurant, bar, lounge etc, our room above was very quiet. The included breakfast was great, lots of items to order off the menu. Great location on George Street to get to all the sights in the city.
The lighting system in the room is a little tricky to use.

I'm a seasoned traveller and this hotel absolutely blew me away. From its interior design, large rooms, restaurant and bar downstairs (cocktails A+++). Beds were so comfortable I could have stayed there all day and the shower had the perfect temp and pressure. Nestled on the edge of the city, you can walk through the streets of magical Edinburgh. I honestly thought I had landed in luxury!
There's nothing I didn't like - the coffee machine was broken but I didn't mind at all. It's a bit far from the train station to walk with heavy luggage but you can easily catch a cab like we did and be there in 2 minutes.
