Beautiful boutique hotel , the rooms had lively decor and furniture the hotel was vibrant and colourful, the staff was amazing and helpful

Prices have gone up considerably and cocktail glasses are smaller becoming really expensive to stay .

We really enjoyed the meals and cocktails and the staff were very helpful.
Perhaps it's time to upgrade the light switches as one or two of them seemed a little worn.

We loved the location, it’s very close to Rose Street, Prince’s Street and the Royal Mile.
