Room was well equipped... Well laid out and spacious. Staff helpful especially with information about the local services and surrounding areas. Breakfast choice was really good and food was served quickly. Will definitely be back.

Room very quiet with no disturbance even with noisy bar and lounge area at the time.
WiFi very intermittent and very poor signal strength in our room
No apparent heating in the shower room

Tigerlily is a fab boutique hotel and I’ve stayed there a few times.
We were wakened early by barrels being loaded and unloaded as our room was directly above the loading area

This hotel is amazing and the Xmas decorations really made it look pretty.
Its a very busy bar and restaurant downstairs and if you do fancy eating there i would advise booking. But saying that the hotel did message me to see if I would like to eat there and how to book.
The room was so spacious and clean and had a mini bar and snacks the only thing maybe have a visible price list or notice to say its not included in the room. I was aware but others may not have been.
The bed was comfy and room was ideal temperature.
The WiFi was appalling and did not work well.
We chose to add on breakfast and the only thing I would add would be to be a bit quicker and for the food to be a bit warmer.
But I would definitely recommend this hotel

Good location, clean, very comfortable firm bed. Large fluffy towels. Nice breakfast.
Well done to housekeeping as room was always spotless.
No hot water the first day. Problem was resolved but it took forever to go from cold to hot. Room was dark even though there was plenty of lights in the room.

Tired or unattended rooms, such as paintwork needs freshening up, sink full of scratches etc staff were generally very detached or uninterested, this meant for waiting for things or not knowing where things were etc
