Good location for where we wanted to stay it’s nice and vibrant with colour makes you happy.
The door handle in our bathroom was broken and taped up and the door didn’t stay closed as the hinge was broken also so we had to lock the door every time you went also sleep with the bathroom door open all night which isn’t something I liked.

The breakfast was delicious and staff members were very friendly and helpful,especially Martin, Megan an Jules.
The location was perfect for sightseeing.
The room was a nice size,the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I particularly appreciated the hair straighteners and bathrobes and slippers. Overall experience was excellent.

Lovely public areas, big bedroom
Although we upgraded ourselves to a luxury room it was missing little essential things like hooks for coats, hooks for towels etc in bathroom, tiny wardrobe squashed into corner by bedside table so a manoeuvre needed to get in it. Coffee machine was awful - coffee was not good. Breakfast lovely but don't be in a rush - seemed to take forever.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given a free upgrade to a suite as it was my husband’s birthday. The hotel had a lovely relaxing vibe. Will definitely return.

Great Location, fabulous decor and comfortable stylish rooms with a well stocked mini bar. Public areas were beautiful and breakfast was superb
The only very small issue was the bathroom door wouldn't close as the handle was broken

We live not far from Edinburgh and know the City well, however, it was just so lovely staying in the city and just loved the comfort of Tigerlily. The room was excellent, comfortable, clean and reached our expectations.
Nothing cvouldhave made our stay better, everything was just excellent

twin room was really lovely and good for two person. our room was really quiet and cozy. Location was amazing, more close the town center than we expect. Walking distance of everything.
Hotel keep sending lot of marketing messages and emails, than not possible to stop.
