The hotel is gorgeous. It’s situated perfectly for Princes Street and city centre. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is gorgeous. The rooms are really spacious and have everything you need. I would recommend and stay there again.

Great location and lovely decor and breakfast was lovely.
There was an awful sewage smell on the toilet which was disgusting. We also paid just under £500 for one night and definitely was not worth the money.

Just one area , breakfast starts late at 8am with no early facilities even for early continental breakfast if required.
