What can I say. What a fantastic time we had. The room was gorgeous and the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially our breakfast server. She went above and beyond. The food and choice were amazing and loved the birthday surprises.

The room was a king but we were contacted by hotel asking if we wanted bed converted to twin which we did.
Room was large and spacious and the walk in shower was massive
The room could get stuffy so had to keep fan on but wasn't an issue

Comfortable bed. Lovely public areas especially the Decorations. Friendly staff. Clean. Delicious breakfast. Ideal location.
Our room had extremely squeaky floorboards which were very noisy at night.

It was in an excellent location, the hotel public areas and bedroom had a great ambience and the hotel was decorated to a very high standard.
The bathroom was a bit tired with the bath showing wear and tear and some areas of maintenance/repair to tiling and paintwork.

The staff were amazing, the room was very clean and well furnished. Complementary bottled water in the room, well stocked mini bar. The hotel Christmas decorations were awesome.
The hotel bar and restaurant was very buzy.
Very good location
The pillows were not comfortable and there wasn’t a choice of pillows which you would expect in a hotel of this standard. I was extremely surprised that the restaurant only had full fat milk, no semi skimmed or skimmed which is something that I have never come across in all my times travelling the world. The full breakfast wasn’t very hot and a bit over cooked, so not enjoyable.
We had an Asian platter brought up to the room which was not good at all but I was refunded for this. The room service menu was very basic and you couldn’t just order a sandwich, you could only order what was on the menu.
But the staff in the hotel more than made up for the other disappointments.
