Staff friendly, location nice but not as close to Waverley Station as implied. Comfortable bed.
Dark, oppressive room, low lighting, very little natural light. Depressing, didn't want to be in there. Lumpy, hard pillows, austere bathroom.

The room was HUGE. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was stocked and luxurious. Wish we could have stayed longer here. The staff was amazing.

Stylish, exceptionally clean. Able to control the temperature which was great. The staff were very helpful. Brilliant shower with lovely bath products provided.
Very quiet at night.
Just a lovely stay for a girls weekend. Well situated to explore Edinburgh.
Struggled to get the coffee machine to work for hot water.
The floors in the room and bathroom were quite slippery.
