Disappointing
I ordered the continental breakfast and it was 50 pounds, no milk for coffee, used the milk in room. Totally overpriced and complete waste of money.
Room was on floor 2, dark hallways, room had odor. Not impressed at all. Window faced an alley. We called for room service to the bar, 4 calls never answered. Checked with front desk for correct phone number to call thinking maybe it changed, never answered, left a message which was not returned.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing. Plenty of room to relax on room.

I loved everything. The location was perfectly in the centered to easily go to the old town, and the new town. Closeby to waverly station. The personnel was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had an amazing shower. Breakfast was well balanced and there was much choice. We will be coming back if we come to edinburgh.
