No refill of facial tissue paper. Only one small bottle of water for 2 people, given the price of the stay. No shower door causing overflow of water.

Great staff, convenient location, clean roomsand comfortable bed, parking on site. The continental breakfast was good and got you off to a great start. A nice lounge and garden area too.
There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the hotel. It’s an older style hotel and the price was good for what I received. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel this isn’t it, but it doesn’t carry a 5 star price point.

Good value for your money comparable to other properties
It is old… the carpets, furniture, bathroom / looks like needs replacing but they do keep it clean (!) very important to me.

Very good room, large and comfortable (strange the curtains didn't shut, the shutters only partially, but not huge problem). The continental breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. Staff were excellent: friendly and efficient.
Bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner upon entry (though I did check-in ahead of time). Wardrobe (for a business traveller) was quite small. Door handle on my room could have been about 50 cm higher.

The hotel is located at the end of the inner city. The check-in was easy, the staff was friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and there were 2 small bottles of water and a mini-bar.
The breakfast was quite good.
It was quite difficult to open the windows.
