Once renovated it will be great. Fab breakfast, garden and lounge. Alessio was very helpful and very friendly. A credit to the hotel
Our room was not quite finished and you need to do a thorough dust clean after decorating. Change the lamp shade they are dirty

Room dusty, bathroom mouldy (silicon around bath ect)
Fold out bed terrible, really thin mattress and very uncomfortable sleep. Main bed great.

Clean and modern, staff were helpful esp the breakfast lady
Only after paying we’re told of mild construction work, water was turned off at 10am one morning which meant we had to rush breakfast but the most frustrating part was our ground floor room was refreshed and we returned back later that night to find the window wide open and our possessions at risk of theft. Very disappointing, checked our late and paid £25 charge begrudgingly

The hotel was very nice, very picturesque. The style and decoration made us feel like we truly were at a boutique hotel.
The breakfast was too basic, would have love to have more variety and "hot" options like, scrambled eggs, sausages or even pancakes.

A bit off city centre but ideal for someone who loves a quiet neighbourhood but still 10 mins walking to the city

The hotel was well located within walking distance of the city.
The room and en suite were a good size.
The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels offered every day.
Communication was good, and check-in and check-out (late check-in) were easy and well instructed.
The beds were a little uncomfy but not so much that you couldn't sleep.

Location
We booked for 3 guests and the hotel provided us with a room for a couple. They completely missed our reservation. Nobody at reception, nobody is picking the phone on the two numbers provided, nobody answers on booking.com (even 2 days later). Sofa doesn't unfold, no additional towels/sheets, had to sleep on the sofa with nothing on it. Absolutely outrageous for a 4 star hotel with such a price. Besides, the bed looks beautiful but the sheets were messed up, there were two small rubbish things left in the room, the shower is poorly designed and floods the entire bathroom, the shutters are broken. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

You can tell the gentleman that works there is very invested. His number is personally posted if you have any issues. The property is going through renovations and I expect it to be even better once they are done. It was just a few minutes from the bus station which is very connected to downtown and all of the big tourist spots.
Room was a bit dusty. A mini fridge would have been nice. Overall, it was good for the price.
