Loved having a fridge in the room. Very useful. Also the buffet breakfast was really good. Location was fine, on a 10 min bus route to centre of Edinburgh.
Only thing I disliked was the pillows. They were a little hard for my liking. Perhaps one soft and one hard would work well.

The room was very large. 2 beds, sofa, 2 chairs l, small table as dressing table and wardrobe.
The bathroom had a large bath and very large separate shower.

decent location and free on-site parking
breakfast could use some hot food, at least eggs. bathroom layout had ample space but sink was way too close to toilet

The staffs are very friendly, especially Rihan. Very helpful and I appreciated his help. Super king bed , very comfortable! The breakfast is amazing as well!
