Disappointing
The breakfast was good, it was continental there was a good selection, and the staff where very nice and kept asking if everything was ok, could not fault the staff or breakfast at all.
I feel the room was a bit tired, the shower was pretty awful, could do with a total facelift , grouting was disgusting around the shower base, I found the pillows a bit hard, this obviously is a preference of mine, and you can’t please everyone with this one.

Room was warm and comfortable.
Breakfast was well presented and had a good selection.
Staff on the phone even after midnight to help with the key box and Rashi on breakfast and reception were very pleasant.

It was very clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice, lots of healthy options. The garden was big, lots of space. A few free parking spaces at the front. Located in a nice area close to the university.

Lovely welcome, rooms and general areas very clean and lovely decor, very obliging staff - couldn't do enough to help. Great location for south of the city - half-hour walk into the centre and plenty of public transport.
No cooked breakfast but I was aware of this before I arrived, and the breakfast choice was extensive

Comfortable bed.
Overall Feel was more down market than “boutique hotel”. Just a little dowdy/tired. Too many typed laminated signs and notices around the room- cheapened the look. Coffee at breakfast wasn’t great

Very poor quality breakfast on both days. Appears to be little, if any, communication between Reception & dining room. How can they Not Know how many guests to cater for breakfast: no eggs; no orange juice; no croissants or pastries; coffee questionable.

The man at reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was OK but when asked if I wanted coffee only filter came even though there was a proper coffee machine. Needed to know if there was an option even if it cost extra.
