Exceptional
Huge room, comfy bed, quiet, very good buffet breakfast and the staff were all lovely. The building is very attractive, I felt very safe on my own and there were many thoughtful details.

We loved the staff and breakfast! The location was perfect for is to walk to all that we wanted to do and quiet. Everything clean.
We did not like the bathroom, it was dark with the lighting and the shower needed new grout and the shower head kept sliding down when touched. The door was only on one side and didnt keep water from getting all over and the ground soaked so we just kept towels on the ground everytime we showered.

Parking & round the corner from the bus route into city centre.

The room was lovely but chilly had to use the spare heater The shower was flooding the tile floor outside the shower which I found very dangerous especially if you fall
Me and my partner have stayed at the hotel several times before this stay and my partner always loves a cooked breakfast but there wasn't that. I partly blame my self for not checking but we didn't enjoy the breakfast it's to cooled for cold food

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable.
The shower head would stay up in the shower and the breakfast room was very noisy on the Sunday morning with dishes being dropped often and banged together whilst clearing the buffet away

This property was a great location for lots of places to eat and a nice walk/bus to various tourist spots. The staff were so accommodating and helpful and we were able to use the lounge after check out while we waited for our airport pickup.
The shower recess needs retiling but it felt clean enough.

Location
The room had a shower room with mastic all over the tiles on the floor, and 2 cracked window panes in the bedroom ,we asked to change rooms and were told nothing was available, we had to leave before 7am on the last days so asked for a take away breakfast which was agreed to, on our fist day, on the day we left nothing had been arranged for us.

The staff were lovely, as was the location and building.
The room needs redecorating. The lampshades were stained and mouldy, the window very difficult to open, the carpets looked dirty and the room smelled. The bathroom had a cracked sink and broken fittings. The shower head did not fit/stay up.
There were far too many things in the room, which made it difficult to move around. There were also too many things in the wardrobe - we had to take them out to be able to hang our clothes, which made the room even more cluttered.

Spacious room, comfortable bed.
Location of the room meant we could hear other residents from very early in the morning and music playing in the breakfast room. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice.

Good breakfast, free upgrade, quiet but close to restaurants and where I wanted to be.
Music playing in the breakfast room, could be heard in my room from 7.30am not ideal jazz piano music first thing, commented to staff who turned it down so if on ground floor maybe an issue.
