Enjoyed our stay at the Salisbury boutique hotel...the front of house male staff member Alleso not sure of spelling sorry..was so friendly and professional..he had a very friendly way about him which enhanced our stay

Decent sized single room. Room has a coffee machine and includes some drinks and snacks (at an additional cost)
Bathroom was nice and the shower was really powerful.
Overall it was a lovely room but it wasn't perfect.....
TV - wasn't working. It was showing as 'no signal' which was reported to staff and they did look at it whilst I was out but it wasn't fixed. I wasn't planning on watching a lot of TV but it was a bit annoying when I had a few spare hours that I wanted to use for relaxing in front of the telly
Main light - this wasn't very bright at all. In fact, It was barely worth even having it on. Too dark to do make up etc - had to use the bathroom mirror
Shower - is a wet room style shower and the water very quickly started building up outside of the actual shower

Such a lovely hotel!
Room was beautifully decorated. Lovely size and so clean and comfortable. Someone thought of every little detail.
Nice views of the garden and great location.
Staff very professional and helpful.
Highly recommend. We will definitely visit again.

Breakfast was good with great choice . Bit of noise early morning banging,fridge in room very noisy ,unusual noise kept repeating itself over ,if l was staying longer would have reported this. Room was lovely and comfortable thanks ,receptionist very pleasant also

Lovely stay for myself and toddler. Room was small(but perfect for us) had all essential necessities. Buses easily located outside into the centre and many good late opening food options and supermarkets nearby. Special thanks to receptionist Rihan, very friendly member of staff, and any other staff were all welcoming also. Would book again if back in Edinburgh.

Location superb, breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, however, I wanted a quick cuppa in my room and that machine looks way too complicated. A kettle, Nescafé sachets and little milks would be so much easier. Didn’t bother having a cuppa in the end.

Liked the Location,short bus journey to city centre. Liked the Breakfast, great variety.
Allesio at Reception was outstanding. Incredibly friendly and helpful. He recommended some excellent places to eat and drink. Excellent value for money. Hotel does require a bit of modernization,which is taking place.

The staff were excellent, above and beyond, breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
I feel our room could do with an upgrade, the bathroom in particular needs some work done, the white stuff round the shower is disgusting, the bedroom is a bit tired, and some of the plugs/usbs slots didn’t work.
