Good location. Large room. Smart TV.
Disabled bathroom was huge and luxurious, but the sink was too small, practically unusable, especially by a disabled person.
Small elevator for a wheelchair. Too many doors to the room.

The staff were on hand to attend to issues
It is in desperate need of a freshening up & general maintenance
Every part of the room floor squeaked
There is no double glazing so noisy

The 2 bed apartment was exceptional. Huge bedrooms, 1 edroom is ensuite and a fabulous lounge kitchen overlooking the street
