Wonderful
The room is immediately beautiful from the moment you walk in, perfect decor and the bar was such a cool touch, love the radio and red phone! The bathroom was lovely and mostly clean. The view of the castle was cute and it was nice and quiet. Felt like we had the place to ourselves! And the staff were very friendly and helpful but not too in our business which was perfect.
Unfortunately there was a hair in the shower which was not ours and the breakfast at the Huxley was very tasty but let down by waiting times and by the time we got our food it was lukewarm sadly.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the castle was amazing, especially at night! It is centrally located close to both new and old towns and we walked almost everywhere! The staff was very accommodating and was available at all times to answer our questions and give us suggestions!
We didn’t have any issues. The street noise can be heard a bit but wasn’t too bad, except when the cop sirens were going on.

Outstanding apartment very comfortable. A bit of external noise due to building site across the road. Excellent breakfast brilliant coffee and friendly service. Good location in West End close to tram stop and Haymarket railway station . Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

First time staying here and it was perfect! Great location, staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and our room was amazing, gorgeous, comfortable, and with just that perfect touch of luxury. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

Wow, what an amazing place! Heart of Edinburgh, very spacious and comfortable! Next time in Edinburgh we’re definitely staying here again! Very thankful for comfortable mattresses and pillows! Amazing people at the reception!
Noticed some chocolate packaging on the floor, but it’s a tiny little issue. Other than that - nothing that could bother!

The room felt luxurious--the furnishings, the etched glasses with daily complimentary water, the view of the castle, the robes, display of liquor bottles, proximity to the Huxley restaurant which we LOVED. Nice front desk, complimentary chocolates in the lobby. Johnie Walker Experience is right across the street--very fun, multimedia tour. I recommend.

It was in the perfect central location to walk everywhere and get around. Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Also loved the Huxley!
