The view. Comfy bed. Lovely bathroom. Great staff who were extremely helpful.
The WiFi was a bit hit and miss and only seemed to work when sitting by the window.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Edinburgh. The room was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with an amazing view of the castle and the city. The staff were incredibly lovely and friendly, always happy to help and make us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

As ever, the Rutland proved to be excellent. The front staff are great, location perfect and the accommodation above and beyond - the apartment was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable.

Never disappoints. I am a regular at the Rutland when it suits my budget and stay a few times a year. The location is great really handy for Haymarket and Waverley station. Rooms are always immaculate, I was upgraded to executive which is bigger and always a nice plus.
Fresh milk, GHD straighteners and a nice restaurant on site.
Toiletries still don’t hit the high hotel standard for me, pumps never work properly on them + one of pumps fell off mine. Same issues everywhere that uses them.
