Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, location : too far from the centre. The staff at reception were extremely helpful, which is the only reason I didn't mark it down further.
Very disappointed to find out that our relatives who stayed there too, paid less for their room. Got breakfast included in their price, for which we had to pay extra. And they were given treats in their room, like crisps and tea cakes, whilst the only thing we had free in the room was water, even though we should have been given them too.

Location, Staff, Service, Food were all great. Relatively late breakfast serving time available which is a bonus.
Room was a little dark decor wise, and had no drawers to put clothes etc in, although this was apparent at the time of booking so understandable. It's a popular hotel and we took the last room available.
