I like many things first of all the location as well as the friendliness of many of the staff but not all of them! I also liked and appreciated the honesty of the housekeeping staff. I also like the the nice and warm world coming of those guys who work at the very first door of the hotel.
Not all of the reception desk staff as friendly as each other. Also also the long corridor after you pass the reception on your way to the 2 lifts he's not very clean.

Very comfortable bed.stayed at rear of hotel nice and quiet loverly staff
When I checked in The receptionist didn’t tell me about the upgrade room I thought it was the room we booked £2300 for 7 days ok.When we checked out a different receptionist charged me £500 more for a upgrade room and with this upgrade room came free breakfast £26-50 each normally Which we never knew about and never had.So I’m disappointed they took another £500 off me without explaining to me that we were in a upgraded room and breakfast inclusive.So be careful make sure you understand about upgrade because we didn’t

Location
Rooms are relatively small. In the bathroom there is not enough space to put your stuff especially for ladies
