We did ask for an upscale room and it was definitely worth the upgrade . The hotel has lots of charm . All staff were very outgoing and provided exceptional service . Room was immaculate, very clean, great A/C. Nice high ceilings to give airy feeling. Close to shopping , points of interest and restaurants. Easy check in and out . Their breakfast buffet was exceptional as it offered a wide variety of choices .
There is nothing I can say that I disliked. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a more upscale establishment

The property is situated in a prime location at the heart of the city. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
The toilets were small, and there weren’t many available parking spots at the location.

Location is great in New Town away from tourists crowds. Decent lobby.
Decor is old office building boring grey. Light levels in hallways, wake up early and you are in the dark, dangerously.
Beds are not comfortable at all.
They bill themselves as a four and half star, more like a three.

Beautiful hotel, lots of quality amenities in room such as hot pot,
tea set, glass glasses and complimentary bottled water. Room was very nicely decorated, comfortable bed, and bath had high quality fixtures. Wonderful location in New Town and very close to Old Town!

The hotel was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and polite which I loved. Room was spacious. Location was excellent.
I was hoping to get a twin bed and requested that at booking time as well as a follow-up message through the application to the property, but no response sadly. Besides that, all was excellent.

I like many things first of all the location as well as the friendliness of many of the staff but not all of them! I also liked and appreciated the honesty of the housekeeping staff. I also like the the nice and warm world coming of those guys who work at the very first door of the hotel.
Not all of the reception desk staff as friendly as each other. Also also the long corridor after you pass the reception on your way to the 2 lifts he's not very clean.

The lobby. Friendly staff.
Hotel is very tired. Had to move room once, could have a second. Suspect the hotel is tired under the hood with investment on infrastructure due. All service are noisy. No good communal areas for working. Take a box of cornflakes to find your way around. Unusual layout.

A fantastically central hotel with amazing staff and rooms. We were welcomed straight away and provided with a room at 8am after our journey off the sleeper train, which was not expected.
The staff also sent a bottle of Prosecco to our room to make our stay even more special. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
