The hotel was lovely can’t fault it
I didn’t like that they couldn’t make a small bowl of mac and cheese for my son. It’s pretty simple task for a kitchen.
Apart from that all the food was nice the buffet breakfast was great and all the staff friendly.

The design. the atmosphere , staff & my room was very comfortable
I would have liked to eat in the restaurant in the evening but I didn’t like the menu.
Also I think there could have been more choices at breakfast eg fresh fruit

The staff really couldn't do enough for you. They were incredibly attentive, full of chat and recommendations. The spa was a real highlight!
The housekeeping space was right next door so there was quite a bit of banging.

Reception staff especially Zoe! Great position, lovely decor.
As with a lot of hotels Housekeeping were extremely loud in hallways and constantly slamming doors. No full length mirror and beds very small for a hotel of this price - small uk king beds NOT European King Size but Queen.

Room backed up to a street where the garbage was collected so heard trucks and bottles till midnight and back again at 4 am

We loved the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the concierge went above and beyond to help us . We would definitely return
We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel as it was very expensive. When we saw our room we were a little disappointed that we had no view and that it looked onto a brick wall but we realised that actually it was very quiet whereas if we had looked out onto the front it might’ve been very noisy as it was graduation week so we were grateful for the peace and quiet .
