location was good nice and close to Town Centre
We booked a double room but there was only one chair and one side table there was no window only a skylight window more suited as a single room quite disappointed for the price we paid

I was kindly upgraded to the suite, which was a huge room. The decor and staff were very nice.
I would constructively say the hotel needs to elevate its breakfast - the Scottish stack was dry, the scrambled eggs were overcooked. The food offerings really does not match the rest of the hotel.

We were given a very nice and gorgeous room and had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The hotel is also located near the sightseeing spots. So it was very convenient for us to walk around in the city.

Perfectly located for my needs. Short walk from the bus station and a 10 minute walk or less to the royal mile
Only drawback is no lift. But staff is very helpful and accommodating. When I expressed difficulties going up several flights the immediately found me a room on the first floor.

Pretty convenient to city center
No elevator and we were on the fourth floor.
The room was extremely warm and needed to ask for a fan to be cool enough to sleep at night

We have Stayed here before, and the location is right in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre!
I didn’t like the Very Small Bathroom, as it was a bit of a Struggle trying to find enough room to move around at times.
