The place was very clean and comfortable. It was walking distance for many attractions, however somewhat hilly. The tram was about a quarter mile from the hotel.
The layout was a little confusing at first, but I was able to figure it out quickly. While the shower was nice, it was a tight squeeze to get in and out of (I’m 6, 165 pounds).

Required low floor and i was accommodated. Nice view. Good tea and coffee facilities.
Shower cubicle was too small for my size I couldn't get in and injured myself trying to do so.

The location and the staff were great!
My room was in a lower level with no windows. There was only a skylight. In an emergency there would of been no way to get out if the door was blocked.

Absolutely everything! Location, staff, room, vibe, flexibility, AND we received an upgrade of our room free of charge as well as a 2-hour later check-out also free of charge.
The only thing we thought would have been nice was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn’t necessary.

We got a room with a sea view which was fantastic. The room was great and bathroom was neat and tidy. Staff was super hospital and welcoming and helped with everything. The hotel took our luggage for storage for a few nights, so grateful for such amazing service .
No elevator, but the staff helped us with the luggage, and that is super appreciated

The staff was very friendly and competent. Nice size room.
Not sure the window could be opened, cause sometimes the room felt it needed fresh air. Saying that, the room never felt too warm not too cold and never damp.
