The room was small , smaller than I expected. Also there wasnt a window but a velux type window in the ceiling. Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good.
the velux type style window was partly overlooked by a neighbouring window. Room was small. good location though. pillow case had old mascara stains on it, duvet cover also was stained.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The facilities were very poor and not worth the price. There was no liquid soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers provided. The shower water was scalding hot, forcing us to rinse with just a trickle of water to avoid getting burned. To make matters worse, our room was on the 3rd floor, furthest from the stairs, and there is no elevator. Accessing the room was a significant struggle, especially with luggage. Very disappointing experience

Staff were lovely, super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is lovely is charming and our room was massive which was great with a baby as she had room to play safely.
Breakfast was a bit limited, particularly if you don't eat eggs or black/white pudding. The beds were very soft, but again that's personal preference.

Wonderful
Location, welcome and general friendliness and politeness of staff. Upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise. Excellent View. Bathroom amazing with a stand alone bath. A treat. Fabulous stay thank you. :)
The lighting - we could not control the lighting very well. Either all on or all off. Had to take the power card out during the night to make it dark. Probably our lack of knowledge. But that is all I could find not to like :(

Big room, clean, great view and location. Good breakfast and bar.
Wish the bar was open later, and often didn't have any staff attending. Wish breakfast was open until a little later. Dinner would be a nice touch but there's plenary of restaurants around.

Good location to explore the surrounds and very handy being on the tram line connecting direct to airport. Was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly
