Wonderful
The location was absolutely perfect. 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram and 5 minutes to the nearest Sainsbury's. Very easy to find. The location is also very quiet, and there is plenty of free parking options if you arrive in car, as long as you con't park in the marked private parking spaces/lots.
The comfortness of the furniture incl. beds could be a bit better, but all in all everything worked as it should.

The beds were comfortable and the location convenient.
The boiler didnt work. There was no hot water on the first day and no heating throughout the stay. Also the apartment was very dirty. I wanted to resolve this with Karen whilst I was there, but after the boiler was unfixable she didnt reply to me. This was stressful and clouded the holiday. I accept things go wrong, however, there is no excuse to ignore communication and a reasonable resolution. Also I shouldnt have to seek resolution, you should; as a professional person offer one to your guests.

I liked the location, the apartment was well equipped for family and easy to access.
It was overpriced, the chairs were not comfortable and the toilet in the second bathroom was not operating .

Great location.
Damp evident especially in bathrooms. No parking permit available and we got 100 fine. Kettle leaks and I got a scald on my foot. Tv not working. Sofa bed separated in the night. insufficient cutlery for our party. cobwebs.

how central it was, plenty of space . easy yo get to and get in.
the cleanliness wasn't good at all , bathrooms were extremely unhygienic. It wasn't pleasant put it that way . We couldn't get tv to work either it needed signed in. and on the info it stated had a TV.

Keys in lockbox accessible on arrival. Lift to upper floors. Kitchen well stocked. Double and 2 x twin beds comfortable. Bathroom and en suite good. Wifi stable. Taxi in to City Centre 10 to 15 each time shared between four of us so cheaper than bus ride.

The Apartment can use new furniture in the living room. It has been used as an AirB&B for a while now.... There are no places to hag a towel in the bathroom! The unit is empty! You have to bring everting like sugar or shampoo! In the shower, there is no place to "park" your soap or shampoo

Television does not work, no signal. Bathroom to be renovated due to corrosion, deterrents from its use. Replacing the cabin gasket could do the job for the future, but you need the owner to be interested. Burnt light bulbs in the rooms.No batteries in the remote controls.

Good location and value for money. Worked well as a base for a few nights sight seeing. Sainsburys right around the corner.
The single beds are a bit narrow but the kids managed ok!

Fantastic location with the balcony looking over the park and the shops within walking distance as well as great parking spaces. Dishwasher and huge fridge freezer was an added bonus.
The only thing that could have been better is the wi fi and the TV
