The location was perfect, and incredibly close to major historic attractions. There were numerous pubs, bars, restaurants, tea shops all within walking distance. The location was quiet and comfortable, even on Friday and Saturday nights when people were out having a good time! The staff were also all incredibly helpful and friendly!
The fan in the bathroom did not work very well, which meant the bathroom and apartment would become very humid after a shower. The shower itself was only closed in by a half-wall pane of glass, which if you are tall like myself, means that because of the low shower head, you will end up spraying water on the floor no matter what you try.

This aparthotel is perfect. The location is great and the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly! It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the grass market area and the castle, etc. It was quiet and very comfortable with everything you need in terms of making meals at home, etc. I will definitely stay here again when I’m next in Edinburgh!

The castle was a fun and fascinating place to stay. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were all unique and beautifully decorated in period. Restaurant was excellent.
Our only complaint was the beds were not very comfortable.

Great location and value for money. Ideally located just minutes away by foot from major sites in the city. Loads of great restaurants, cafes, and shopping all within walking distance. Staff at front desk are super friendly, very helpful, and extremely professional. Luca is especially good! Cleaning staff does a great job of keeping everything spotless and tidy. Great water pressure in the apartment and all amenities needed for a longer stay (kettle, microwave, fridge, etc), were in great shape.
Property is really showing its age--stained carpets, eroded laminate countertops, and super squeaky floors even though carpeted. For us it was not a big issue as we were there mainly to rest and relax, not admire marble and granite. Main point for us was that the place was kept VERY clean.

Excellent location and apartment well presented.
Communication about pre booked parking could have been better. Had to wait until the day of arrival before receiving the link to make payment.
Floorboards within the apartment are loose and are quite noisy especially around the bed.

Our experience was amazing from the moment we arrived we were greeted by Martin happy & kind & very helpful during our whole stay there
Martin was the highlight of our stay always helpful and happy
Our accommodation experience was amazing had everything we needed and more clean and comfortable with little extras like fresh milk in our room and a free coffee machine in lobby with free Cuppacino and all sorts of coffee
Martin helped us navigate our days around Edinburgh by supply us with information on places we wanted to visit & on departure called us a taxi ??????? pleasure was all ours ??

Good location, clean appartment and had everything for a stay to be comfortable. It was a little tight for four people with big luggage but still very comfortable. Room service would come daily, that was very nice touch.
The mattress of sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the small coiled meta parts sticking. Other than that hardly any complaints.

The location was perfect for first time visitors to Edinburgh. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was decent and the showers were good. The staff were helpful and friendly. Stores nearby for groceries.
The apartment is tired and in need of updating. It was needing a good vacuum and carpet cleaning after Festival Season.
