The location was great and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was clean and comfortable. Our host, Richard, was incredibly warm and helpful! Definitely a welcoming experience!
Floors were very creaky and loud, but of course it was an old building.

Horrid smell of urine in corridors
Shower in en-suite was dangerous. No water pressure and both burning hot and freezing cold in the same 15 seconds. Mattresses were poor, could feel the springs in all beds.

Location was perfect, and general access to the property was excellent. The apartment in terms with amenities were great with the washing machine and the dishwasher and all the cutlery we would ever need. The beds were also very comfortable.
I think the apartment could use a little bit of an update with regards to the Carpet and perhaps the curtains and the lamps that were in the twin beds broke on the first day (from the base) and the curtain shears were pulled right out of the railings. The carpet in the living room was heavily stained and damp in some areas which is a concern other than that it's fantastic and we had a great experience

Great place to stay, close to everything. There was four of us and it was perfect. Having two bedrooms three beds and then a sofa sleeper, with two bathrooms it worked out fantastic.

Roomy and clean. Good location. Staff was helpful and the 24 hour staffing at the front desk is nice.
So anytime I see stained carpets it’s hard to rate it high. I’m sure it was clean but carpets are just hard to have in a rental. Also there were 3 strip clubs around the corner- the only 3 in Edinburgh. Nothing they can do about it but just want to make this aware. Didn’t cause us any issue but when returning late - there were crowds outside.

Reception welcome and assistance was very good. The communication with the property was very clear, quick and helpful. I appreciate the attention to the detail and very personalized approach to our needs and requests.
The apartment was very nice, clean and stacked with all the necessities we needed.
Location of the property is just 5 minutes walking distance from the Grassmarket and the heart of all attractions.
Nothing major to note... Small observation that is more of a personal preference and something to keep in mind - kitchen has only two chairs and we were a party of four. We found our way around it - we prepared breakfast in the kitchen but dined at the coffee table in the sitting room.

Loved the upper floor and that there were doors to open to let the breeze in. Comfortable couches. Great kitchen and combo washer and dryer. They left snacks for us.
The entry is right near several strip clubs. Just a little off putting but not a big deal - overall good location.

Great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see in Edinburgh. The carpark was a bit tricky to find but the staff were super helpul! Room was clean and had plenty of space for a family of four!
