Quiet area; Central location; Room was a little small for 5 adults with large luggage but we made it work for our short stay; apartments are a little outdated, but otherwise a very comfortable apartment with all the facilities we needed.

Disappointing
Check in was smooth, tea kettle, fresh bottle of milk, tea, and coffee offerings.
This was a disappointing stay overall. My room had several issues, including unpleasant odors, outdated furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, a slanted bathroom floor, and a persistent urine smell. I also found toenail clippings in my room during my stay, which was very concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
In comparison, my friend stayed in Building 7 and his unit was significantly nicer, with better furnishings and additional amenities. The difference in quality between units was very noticeable.
The front door was extremely thin, and I could hear people entering and exiting their rooms as well as hallway conversations. Thankfully, noise levels were mostly quiet during designated quiet hours.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and consistency between rooms should be improved.
The door with 4 what the room my friend stayed in. This is a safe sound proof door.

Spacious room, clean, convenient location. Kitchen was great for making easy meals. Main shower and bathroom were great. Nice having a living room to relax in.
Floor was very squeaky. Beds were not the most comfortable, but just ok.
Shower in the primary bedroom was pretty much useless. Super small and temperature control was non-existent.

It was not the cleanest. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The washer/dryer did not work well. It was very warm and could not get it to cool down. There were 3 strip clubs within less than 500 feet.

The location was perfect, and incredibly close to major historic attractions. There were numerous pubs, bars, restaurants, tea shops all within walking distance. The location was quiet and comfortable, even on Friday and Saturday nights when people were out having a good time! The staff were also all incredibly helpful and friendly!
The fan in the bathroom did not work very well, which meant the bathroom and apartment would become very humid after a shower. The shower itself was only closed in by a half-wall pane of glass, which if you are tall like myself, means that because of the low shower head, you will end up spraying water on the floor no matter what you try.

Great location and facilities!
Parking was a mess. Parked in the appropriate spot as directed and supervised by the staff. Prepaid as required. Ended up with a parking tickets of £60 which I was then I was required to dispute. The property should have promptly paid this ticket as it was their mistake instead of the continual emails and follow up I was required to do. I ended up paying the additional ticket to avoid collections. Complete mess.

Excellent location. The little kitchen was well stocked and coffee provided in the reception area. Towels were provided daily if needed. It very clean and it was exactly what we expected. Would recommend this place for families who want to be close the Grass Market / Royal Mile but not too close. :)
just as a suggestion...We are from a much hotter climate and are used to Air Conditioning... we thought a floor fan would have been nice to have to keep air moving while we sleep.
