Everything was lovely! the staff were great and super helpful! the room was clean and nicer than i expected from their images! i had great time staying there!
honestly nothing... the location is more residential and quite far from the old town but Edinburgh is no nice and easy to walk around so i didn't mind it at all!

The Hapimag was charming, comfortable and finely detailed. The bed was comfortable and the lovely living room was a great bonus.
The location of the property, for many senior citizens like us, will find it too far to walk to the center and back It is for this reason we will not stay here again.
We witnessed an older couple like us, laboring to get back with groceries.

Quiet neighborhood. Close to where you’re going to want to be. Large comfortable rooms, you’ll see why the call them apartments, lovely.

Our room was in -1 floor, which was not mentioned in the room descriptions when we made the booking. We didn’t like the room underground, but our checkin time was too late to argue about it.

The towels was always dirty even after change its guest house not hotel it shoud be more clear in advertising if toilet paper finish and something doesn’t work reception and no one is there to help after 8, but really u can only request before 12 noon if u need something.
