Located just a 1-minute walk from Princes Street, The Caledonian Edinburgh George Street's bars, restaurants and shops are less than a 5-minute walk away. There is free WiFi available throughout. Originally built in 1903 as part of Edinburgh's central railway station, rooms at the hotel each have a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with designer toiletries, and fluffy bathrobes, as well as unobstructed views of Edinburgh Castle. Guests can enjoy access to the Spa, including an array of treatments, as well as a steam room, sauna, whirl pool, swimming pool and gym. The face towels in my bathroom was very old I hope the hotel replaces the old ones with new ones

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Building is beautiful.
Air conditioning wasn't working properly and only a fan was offered. I booked a deluxe room at £549 and got a tiny room and a terrible view - room 311. Not a great experience.
