liked the cosy touches in the room, cookies, dressing gowns, breakfast was good.
staff didn't offer to help me bring my suitcase upstairs, and i struggled to find my room as the layout can be slightly confusing

Beautiful details, thoughtful touches with the room like the vintage looking radio. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection of dishes.

The location was good near almost every place also so many coffee shops and restaurants .

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so nice and helpful, and even gave us a free room upgrade, so we had more space with our toddler. The hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also fantastic, very central with lots of things in easy walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would have expected a mini bar in the room. The mini bar was present but only with water.

Location , cleanliness and friendly staff.
Was put to basement room where the workers are staying so it was not so pleasant . If allocated the basement room,ask to change. The tag used to indicate to make up the room is not very secure as it can easily turn from to make up to not to make up therefore our room was not make up.
