We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so nice and helpful, and even gave us a free room upgrade, so we had more space with our toddler. The hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also fantastic, very central with lots of things in easy walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice room with excellent view of skyline of the city. Excellent breakfast.
I would have expected a mini bar in the room. The mini bar was present but only with water.

Location , cleanliness and friendly staff.
Was put to basement room where the workers are staying so it was not so pleasant . If allocated the basement room,ask to change. The tag used to indicate to make up the room is not very secure as it can easily turn from to make up to not to make up therefore our room was not make up.

Very comfortable and a step back in time. Loved the decor.
I was in the lower ground floor (room 6), under the breakfast room. Scraping chairs and tables from 5:30am was annoying. This room was also at car park level. People walking past the windows meant a certain lack of privacy. The room itself was fabulous.

The room was very big and comfortable. Amazing views from 3 large windows. They also have a radio in the room which gave a very classy atmosphere

This was a hotel with a lot of charm and character. Very quiet and relaxing location.
I had requested twin beds as I was staying for one night with my adult son. Both beds were in very close proximity to each other with a cushion separating them which was awkward and uncomfortable/embarrassing.

The hotel met our expectations - it is luxuriously furnished, the staff friendly and helpful, checkin and checkout process quick and effective, very clean and with excellent breakfast included. The location is close to main attractions.
An AC system in the room will help during summertime.
