The location was an easy tram ride from the airport, walkable to the city center, and just around the corner from Dean's Village. The room was lovely and comfortable.
It was a tight fit to have 2 small suitcases out in the room.

Beautiful looked after amazing staff the hotel is spotless restaurant and bar lovely food great menu
So easy to get everywhere And then come back to Contact, it’s like being home

The location, the hotel decor, the quality of staff and their service! It’s a home away from home where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It’s a fabulous place to stay and relax!

Location and room was good and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
However a few issues re the toilet not working properly and one day with no treats provided. A minor point but sometimes its the little things that matter. Also I asked whether the complementary chocolates in room upon arrival were gluten free but received no response.
Parking was provided by the hotel on a first come first served basis and was an additional £20 per night!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel i was impressed by the building and the welcome we received. The public areas of the hotel and room itself were decorated in a very classy style and the hotel was immaculate in terms of presentation and cleanliness. We only had breakfast at the the hotel on 2 days but the menu choice was excellent and the quality of the food was first class.
I find it hard to be critical at all, but if i was being picky I would have liked a slightly larger en suite bathroom with the room. The bathroom we had was immaculately clean there just wasnt much space to sit out toileteries etc

Really nice hotel, good facilities and great location in a quiet square just walk from Princes Street. Room very comfortable and excellent staff.
Breakfast was ok but not great.
