It was fantastic. Our stay was just so nice. Staff super friendly and helpful. Carl was brilliant with us. Credit to your team! Food was excellent. Junior suite was fab with all the lovely extras like shortbread and chocs!

Charming Scottish Hotel. Fabulous Christmas decor.
Breakfast selection was excellent.
Bedroom warm and cosy.
I was astounded by the lack of interaction with me and my partner at check in. There was no information forthcoming on standard check in such as where Breakfast was, the possibility of booking for dinner, the opportunity to test taste some whiskies etc not to mention no information on the local area and what to do in Edinburgh.
Guest care not a priority at reception in this hotel.
We did not receive a Goodbye or Travel safely comment as we left.
I strongly reccomend that staff are trained to a standard befitting this lovely hotel.

Location was great and practical. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and spacious.
It gets a bit hot sometimes due to the heating but the hotel made sure to have an ac in the room for us
