Absolutely amazing! We’ve stayed in a good number of 5 Star hotels & the Balmoral is the best by far!
Breakfasts are exceptional.
This was our 3rd stay at your hotel.
This can’t be helped……arriving by car it’s often difficult to stop outside the hotel.

We stayed at the Balmoral Hotel to celebrate our engagement and everything was amazing - the staff, the room, the spa, and the fabulous dinner at the Number One restaurant. The only thing I can't comment on is breakfast as we didn't try it

Staff excellent , breakfast good , location good
Bar busy , so had to wait to see if we could get a table for a drink pre dinner - think residents need to be a priority or have a residents lounge.
Ground floor perhaps needs an upgrade .

Perfectly located right in the heart of the city. However once you are in the hotel, you hear nothing of the city as it is so peaceful. Polite staff and a good breakfast selection.
Pillows were a bit soft for my liking.
