We were a family of four traveling with two teenagers and booked two rooms. Both rooms were spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options.
The location is also a strong point—situated on a quiet street just a short walk from the Royal Mile, making it both peaceful and conveniently located.
Overall, a comfortable and well-situated place to stay in Edinburgh.

The space is so small and I don’t like how there’s no basic things like slippers and toothbrushes.. the ac looked cheap and weird

The hotel’s location was prefect and next to Royal Mile. It was quiet and calm. A room was nice and modern. The restaurant was above expectations. The food was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was great. Fantastic staff, super friendly and attentive. Room was chilled with AC when we arrived which was fantastic as it was 25°C when we were there! Super clean throughout, comfy bed and quiet room despite being near everything and a fab location.

Room had air con and a fridge in the room which was appreciated during mini heat wave Scotland was experiencing during our stay. It was well furnished with excellent shower.
For some reason we were initially allocated a disabled access room. This had a sink at height for wheelchair users as was shower. On return to reception staff allocated us a standard room which was met our needs. It was good to see local products for tea/coffee making as well as shortbread.
Cooked breakfast buffet, some items appeared to have sat for a while on hot plate so were dry and hard.

Was very reasonable with the price compared to other hotels I looked at. The location was perfect for what I needed as I had an event at the castle. The breakfast was great even had haggis and really mushrooms
