Hotel was located in the center, easy to walk to any place you wanted to visit. Room was comfy and tidy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Some gluten free options were available for the breakfast.
The lifts were not functioning all the time properly. The breakfast choices were quite limited and every day the same. We would have like more diversity.

Very good size of room. We were on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. Room overlooked the quadrangle. It so close to the city centre but yet so peaceful. Lots of reasonable restaurants in the area.

The hotel is in an excellent location when visiting The Festival Theatre. It was 5 minutes from leaving the theatre to being back in our room, brilliant! We booked a classic room which met our needs for this visit. The room is spacious with a nice comfortable bed. The bathroom is a good size with a walk-in shower. The toiletries are lovely! The hotel provides an excellent breakfast choice. We were really very happy with our stay!
