The staff were friendly - there was a bath and not a shower, which makes a lot of difference to those of us who have hip problems and find standing in a shower a bit precarious.
The water for my bath in the morning was cold. I used 2 kettles-worth of hot water and got a reasonable temperature.

Excellent front desk staff - extremely knowledgeable and friendly
Their Pizza is only available through Room Service. But it’s so very good it should be available in the dining room. Make sure to try it. Fantastic!!!)

The location was great within walking distance to everything. The room was very comfortable and big. The breakfast had a great selection of food. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile.

Clean and comfy room. Bed comfortable. Easy check-in process for a last min booking. Was also a good price compared to other hotels of similar location/style.

Curtains were not blackout. Would have been nice to have been able to get post - theatre small plates.

Hotel was very clean. Bed linen and pillows of good quality.
Bathroom had a 2 person size shower.
Plenty plug points and usb connections.
Tea and coffee with a wee bit of shortbread.
Mini fridge of good size and empty for all your stuff.
When day shift ended and night shift started there was definitely a change in atmosphere.
Nothing bad but not as hospitable.

friendly staff, clean comfortable
gym was adequate but not full function. full menu available after 12 midday, however breakfast and limited menu available 24/7
