Very handy for the Festival Theatre, no outside noise though close to Main Street, comfy room, clean and well equipped. Easy access to the Bridges from the door at opposite end to reception. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed breakfast was a buffet - bacon etc never hot enough when been sitting out though the poached eggs made to order were delicious and hot.

Beautifully located, very charming and excellent staff, decor and rooms amazing. Got upgarded to the junior skye suite which is quite an exceptional room with a magnificent view and decor.
