When we first went into the hotel we had a lovely friendly welcome from the two receptionists. This was the same for all staff-very friendly, helpful, just lovely. The room was exceptionally clean with high quality towels and linen. There was everything you would need with lovely hand and body wash. We ate dinner in the hotel and excelldnt food and we were surprised at how fairly priced it was. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of foods and choices. We cannot wait to go back here. It was an excellent hotel, wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely big room, big comfortable bed, very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful
Only downside is we had to park in the NCP which is downhill from the hotel. It is quite expensive but you do get a voucher code from the hotel which helps

Pros: friendly and professional staff; good breakfast; nice clean room. Location a 10 minute walk from the Royal Mile.
Cons: shower over bath which I prefer to avoid if possible; location some distance from tram stop if you are coming from the airport.
