The staff at this lovely quiet hotel are all very friendly and so helpful. We found the hotel to be very clean and modern. There was a good selection at the buffet breakfast and the evening meal menu was very good also. There is a nice bar area for quiet drinks or a small bite to eat. Really cant fault this hotel. Second visit and hope to return soon.

The staff make this hotel exceptional. 10 Hill Place is a beautiful hotel, gives a boutique feel in size, style, and most of all in the familiar welcome and attention to detail of the staff. Location is in walking distance of most attractions, perfect for those on surgical college tourism. The breakfast selection is varied and replenished frequently, the quality of the food on the lunch, dinner, and room service menus did not disappoint one bit! The rooms are modern, stylish, clean, and comfortable. Not at all pokey as some can be. A stay at 10 Hill Place won't disappoint! Shout out to the front desk staff especially Enya and Johnathan.
The staff worked so hard to make the experience exceptional, I can't think of anything I didn't like!

Good property, very well maintained. Has a restaurant which we used on our first night - decent food, but lacked atmosphere as most people eat out (as we did on subsequent nights). We had a superior twin room, and worth the extra for the size of the room. Very comfortable, and quiet - even though we were on the corner overlooking a busy street. Good location - we easily walked everywhere from the hotel.
The lobby/check-in area not very welcoming, we were initially quite disappointed with the hotel - it didn’t make a great first impression. Breakfast also really/too busy - and not up to the quality we’d had in other Scottish hotels (watery gruel isn’t porridge!

the staff were useless and dismissive
the AC was not working and had a loud noise. Despite informing them twice, they kept dismissing me
they offered free breakfast?? that wouldn't fix the AC would it ??
