The fact that water temperature can not be adjusted in the shower, I found it a bit cold in winter.

The hotel was lovely and clean,staff were very nice and helpful,room had everything youneed and was spotless. We paid for breakfast and could not fault it.
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel at all.

The room and general areas are of high standard and very well maintained. The bed and linen were excellent quality and added to our restful visit. Breakfasts were a treat and we enjoyed everything on the menu.
The shower is small. Everything else was excellent.

We got an up grade. Room was lovely. Breakfast was lovely value for money. Have used this hotel on previous occasions when going to shows in Edinburgh. Would always recommend it to other people.

Staff were very friendly. Reception, bar, and breakfast staff. Gentleman that worked the bar on the evening of the 2nd (he was wearing braces) is an absolute credit to your company - nothing was ever to much. Thankyou - we wanted to personally thank him before we left but couldn't see him!
The lounge area was quite cold.

The whole hotel was very good clean and the room itself was outstanding
we booked through booking.com which gave check in time for 3pm we arrived earlier but had to wait until 3pm to get into room yet other party we were with coukd go to theirs straight away

Reception staff were exceptional.
The food was really good, the location was great. Parking really accessible.
Very clean.
We were put in a room with no heating and the aircon permanently stuck on. Which in the height of winter was uncomfortably cold, we were provided with a little electric heater (after reminding the staff twice due to them forgetting) but it was small and noisy. Also we’d booked a skyline room so we could look out over Edinburgh but because it was so cold all the windows ended up with condensation so it felt like wasted money.
Just would potentially recommend to the hotel when guests are paying for an expensive room (which we did on purpose) to make sure it’s in working order before guests arrive or move them to another room. It dampened the stay.

It's good location
We stay for 2 night and pay 300£ for superior double room but that's not enough to get robes and slippers and our breakfast that was delivered to the room was cold.
