Helpful staff, decent sized room, nice decor, great location
My only gripe is that I couldn’t figure out how to turn the telly fully off so the light bugged me during the night!

On check out the male members of staff lacked customer service , I said I’m checking out and he put his hand out for my card , didn’t speak at all no how was your stay , nothing , the lady that checked us in was very friendly , put the guy in the morning to shame

A little bit further from the Royal Mile than we wanted and no nice restaurants close by but not a major problem,we were able to walk to some.

The size of the room and the bathroom was good. Location was brilliant as to where I was going that evening. Room very clean. The seed card that you can take away to plant but also a nice reminder to the environment.
TV signal was appalling to the point I had to turn off the TV as the noise and the picture was impossible to watch. AC it was freezing in the room but I had to hunt for the AC control but no then couldn't find instructions on how to turn up the heat, so I gave up and switched it off. I was in room 317.
